   We were blown away by the flavor of the food. We had 4 adults and 5 kids aged 10 to 16 and they had many good things to say. Steak, pork chops, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, passionfruit crème brûlée, sorbet… I mean, what didn’t we try on the menu! It’s important to note that the person who paid the bill was not drinking, yet he left a generous gratuity on top of the gratuity already added in. Our waiter was that wonderful! Highly recommend and we will be returning.

   Food and staff were wonderful! Escargot appetizer was delicious and the octopus salad perfect! We did surf and turf. The lobster was wonderful- next time I would to a different steak choice. The NY strip was grisly but the flavor was great.

   Had read great reviews and were looking forward to trying this restaurant ourselves. We chose to sit inside versus at the outside bar, due to the weather. The atmosphere inside is a relaxed environment, almost like you’ve entered a cool underground wine bar. Our waiter, Tony, and his assistant (did not catch his name) were very professional and attentive. Tony clearly explained the menu and portion sizes. We shared the mussels and onion soup for our appetizers- both were outstanding. The onion soup was delicious and we both agreed among the best that we’ve ever had. The broth was so flavorful! The mussels were plump and the sauce was delicious. We also shared the ribeye (medium rare), garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The steak was done perfectly and the sides were generous portions. We couldn’t finish our meal and opted to bring it home. The prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant when visiting St. John, and will definitely put them on our list for the future.

   The service was fantastic. Unfortunately, our impressions were set the minute we walked through the door. There is zero ambience. The dinner rolls were cold., the food was mediocre and definitely did not match the price point of the restaurant. Perhaps some decor improvements would help..

   Such a great dining experience last night at Dave & Jerry’s. If you want a steak this IS the place! Honestly, the pork chop and fish were delicious as well! We had outstanding service from Tony! He made our birthday celebration extra special!

   Took my teenage kids there to end our vacation. My son said it was the best filet he ever had. My daughter said it was the best Mac and cheese (one of our sides) she ever had. For my part the food was amazing and great service. It is not a cheap dinner but worth every penny in my opinion.

   We had an excellent time at Dave & Jerry’s Steakhouse. Our server (Nick) was very knowledgeable in making recommendations and our steaks were cooked perfectly. BTW - you have to get the Gooey Banana Cake for dessert - that alone was worth the trip!

   My family's meal—duck, chicken, lobster, and filet—was outstanding, as was the service! Thank you for making our last night in St. John a truly memorable experience.

    Was fantastic being on the island and finding a traditional steak restaurant with some Caribbean spin. The staff made it warm and welcoming from the beautiful hostess, the smiling bartender, the gentleman prepping our table and of course Nick our service provider was perfect. Thank you all!
