    The seating situation was chaotic and no tables were actually reserved even though we made a reservation a week and a half in advance. The hosts scrambled to pull something together and our party of 12 ended up being split into two 6 person booths. This made the experience broken up and awkward as we tried to interact during our meals. The place was packed so the service was spotty but we get that the servers were doing the best they could. Food was good and we still had fun.

    We’ve been here so many times and yesterday, wasn’t so pleasant. I requested for the staff to sing happy birthday to my step son, that never happened. My wife’s vegetables were rock hard, my burger was saturated in grease and my daughters chicken fingers tasted/felt like they were reheated. Also, our waitress didn’t come by not once to ask if our food was ok or if we needed anything. Between the food, games for the kids, and spending $400 dollars, our food/service should’ve been outstanding. We were definitely not happy!

    The Open Table reservation was an epic fail !! We intended a reservation time of 6-6:30 pm but Open Table was unable to accommodate and pushed the time 2.5 hours in either direction. I even called the restaurant to see if this is accurate. Was informed that the only way to get a reservation was through Open Table. I arrived at 4:35 and waited at the table until 6:30 when our party of 8 arrived - in a near empty Restaurant with at least 30+ available tables. Hardly ANY of the tables were occupied the entire evening. We left at 10 pm. Clearly I was quite upset to have wasted 2 hours to sit at a table waiting. Even our very nice waiter told me that it would never get very full on a weeknight especially with the current Musikfest in the next town. Clearly I was quite upset to have been confronted with completely unnecessary anxiety about our table reservation.

    When booking online, I selected that we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and in the special request section put that he doesn’t like a big scene/the whole restaurant singing to him… but if they did a complementary dessert I know he’d appreciate it because he has a big sweet tooth. They didn’t even acknowledge his birthday or provide a dessert or anything. I then had to awkwardly apologize to him letting him know I had made the arrangements and didn’t forget his birthday, but that they just didn’t follow instructions.

    Tables close to gaming floor to loud for friends to hear each other. Larger groups of adults should be seated away from the gaming floor, so we don't have to yell at each other just to communicate.

    Should have more children options that come with extra points to play games. Not all children want burgers. My 10 yr.old grandson ordered spareribs $$$$; he should have gotten some playing points!

    Great Place to be a kid again! Loved the arcade/games section. The food was beyond excellent and well priced. The kids running around was not an issue, they respected adults playing right along with them and in some cases joined in the adventure. The sports section was amazing too, in the far corner, darker then the rest of the room so you can relax and watch tv while others play. I give 5 stars. I highly recommend!

    Easter Sunday I took my son to eat and play here. Obviously I wasn’t expecting it to be the Hotel Bethlehem, but I also wasn’t prepared for the outrageous sh*tshow we walked into. I should have left when it took 40 minutes to get our fist drinks in an only half-filled dining room, but I clenched my teeth and hung on. Management did nothing about the horrible noise levels including children hitting the table repeatedly with plastic toys, I kept turning around with stern and even pleading eyes to no avail as my head became completely migraine-triggered. The entire place appeared to be run by very young people without any senior mgmt in charge, and they were doing the unthinkable: loudly complaining to each other about how a coworker was shirking her duties and everyone seemed upset. There were also not one but several tables who were openly letting babies and very young toddlers, still obviously in diapers, sit on the tables we are supposed to eat on. There were also small hyperactive children running around in the dining room (not the gaming area) with party horns blowing them, dropping them on the floor and putting them back in their mouths, no parent in site. It was a nightmare. I drank about half my way-too-salty Bloody Mary down in 3 seconds to simply deal with it and move on with our plan to eat and game. Our food eventually arrived, literally dripping with way too much visible grease, much to my dismay. I ate it anyway and instantly felt overwhelmed and sick. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food but this was ten times worse than McDonald’s or comparable. Just wretched. Almost $100 of food, 20% tip & a $15 game card later and we couldn’t even stay to play. It was too wild, too outrageous, too loud and more diapered children sitting all over the spare games where the handles and buttons are. This entire place needs a managerial overhaul and basic rules. I literally keep comparing it to hell on earth in my mind. Don’t go here~ it’s simply not worth it. Sheer Hell!!!!

    We drove over an hour to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were very pleased with our waiter and our kids had a great time playing the games. The food was delicious as always. The not so great, the changing table in the family bathroom was broken and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were only a few tables dining but the food came out very slow.

    Our waiter did not keep up with checking on us for drinks. He would just update on food and walk away quickly. We had to flag him down for drinks. I ended up going to bar for my own drink and my children

    Overall the service was rough but they seemed to be short staffed so although the server was really nice, everything was pretty slow. In the arcade area there were too many kids, advertising is geared towards adults but there were kids everywhere, couldnt get on games, got ran into multiple times, even at 1030 at night kids and teenagers all over taking over the gaming area. Having kids myself, I do not dislike children but when you need a night away to have a good time, this is not the place.

    We had reservations and were seated immediately even on a busy night. We ordered an appetizer for our table of 3 kids and 2 adults. Then when the waiter came back, we ordered our meals. One of the meals was an option from the appetizer menu. About 45 min later, only my meal (the appetizer dish) came out. We asked several times about the rest of the food over the next 30 min and finally the food arrived. Two of the orders were salads, one was chicken fingers. The waiter kept telling us the food was coming, meanwhile every single table around us (even those seated after us) had gotten their food and had finished before our food had come. We had ordered our game cards shortly after we ordered our food and they were added to our bill. When we got the bill, they had added gratuity from our $110 meal AND the $135 game cards. They were suggesting that we leave a $46 tip on a $110 meal because the game cards were included in the total. We had fun at the arcade part, but we will absolutely not eat there again. The food was not good and the service was worse.

    I always enjoy my time at Dave & Busters. The last few times though (2/23, 11/22, 2/22) we’ve had the slowest service. They over work the wait staff for sure. Poor girl can’t catch a breath, she suffers and the customers suffer as well.

    We celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday with her friends! Perfect venue, food was great, lots of fun! Definitely noisy but it’s to be expected with all of the gaming activities.

    We waited over an hour for our food except for my son who got his about 45min before the rest of us. When we finally got our food it was cold and disgusting. We could not eat the food it was that bad. I still tipped the waitress the standard 15% on our food bill which was just under $100. Then we went to play the ridiculously expensive games. As my wife and I were playing games, the waitress that served us tracked us down and complained about her tip. She felt that I should have tipped her for the food and the price of the game cards. She actually tried to guilt me to giving her more money! I paid $300 for game cards on top of the $100 cold and disgusting food, so she expected a $60 tip! I explained that I was only tipping for the food which I felt l was being generous for how awful it was. Apparently at Dave’s and Buster’s, the staff is encouraged to harass customers for undeserving tips. First and last time my family goes to that poor excuse of a family establishment!

    The manager was very accommodating and trying his best. Unfortunately they were understaffed in all areas which led to long waits for everything. Menu’s , ordering , drinks etc…. Some people in our party didn’t get their meal. Hopefully the staffing / training issue will improve because the place has potential.

    Poor service. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink and the bartender never came back. Food order was wrong many times. Also waited over an hour to get the check after asking the server on multiple occasions for the bill.

    We had a great time despite the very crowded restaurant and Game Center. The crowds led to longer wait times getting our drinks/ food but the server was friendly. My one complaint is that we ordered our game cards while at the table (as directed by the hostess). They added the game cards when they calculated the 18% gratuity. Since it was a birthday celebration I didn’t make an issue of it but I wasn’t happy.

    The food was pretty good and very fresh. The only complaint I would have is that it is a little loud in the dining area, had some difficulty placing our order but besides that it was a fantastic experience.
