   I had an amazing server. I can't remember her name but I booked a table for 3 for my daughter's 14th birthday. We all wanted to eliminate things (onions, jalapeños etc). This young lady took our entire order and got everything right without writing anything down. I was very impressed. And the food was really good. I had the barbacoa quesadilla and barbacoa fries. That was the most tender meat ever. My daughter's friends came to join her at the arcade. We all had lots of fun. I have lots of chips left so we'll be back.

   Eat & Play option, even though the options for Food was limited it was very good.

   We walked in we were very RUDELY approached by a worker , didn't say hi ,just nodded her head and I had to speak up. My husband and I said forget it and walked out. Will never go again

   Our server was just not very attentive at all didn’t tell us prices for cards and kept disappearing . & the auto tip is 18% for bad service.

   Once seated, we didn’t see a server for over 6 minutes. We placed our order of drinks (all waters), two appetizers and our meals all at the same time. The appetizers came out before we received any beverages, and the appetizers were cold and undercooked. It was fine, we ate them and moved on. A few minutes later the entrees came out, and one was made incorrectly (ordered without onions), and another didn’t come out at all. When mentioned to the server, she made a face as if she was annoyed that the meal was incorrect. The missing item was not mentioned yet as we assumed it was still on its way from the kitchen. The server then went to her computer and continued to say things under her breath even though we were right next to her and could still hear her. After a few minutes we mentioned the fourth entree was nebr received to which we were advised it was never entered into the ordering system. The two entrees were finally received 20 minutes later, after everyone else in the party was already finished eating. Nothing was comped, no apologizes were received. No discount. Nothing for the mistakes that were made or the rude customer service

   Never thought to go to Dave and Busters because I dont really go to syracuse if I'm not going for a specific purpose, we decided to take an impromptu trip to have dinner and play some games. Get the kids out of the house. It was so much fun!!!! Food was delicious. Games were fun. Staff was incredible. Worth every penny. I definitely recommend for anyone. We were a little on the pricy side but there were 4 of us. There packages were wallet friendy as was the meal.

   Service was fast even though there was only 1 server working. Manager takes care of any mistakes.

   A lot of waiting for service. Felt like we were forgotten about. Food finally came. The girl rudely threw the plates on the table aggressively and ran off before we realized we had no silverware. You can’t track anyone down to ask for them. They struggled with our order and it wasn’t even complicated, just straight off the menu items… and then when they came my side was on my boyfriend’s plate instead of mine… The systems were down apparently which is not the servers fault but they were so busy with that issue that they basically ignored us. The food itself was really good. Everything just took forever… bartenders just ignoring you and doing anything but take drink orders. Mid experience for sure.

    Our server Skylar was AMAZING with our party of 15 super friendly and attentive!!! Give that girl the golden star!!!
