   One server for the whole restaurant area. She came to the table when food was finished and we needed things. Trying to pay took forever also and was such a struggle. She said she was the only one and kept getting sat and was overwhelmed. Paid for no refills, needed things, loud, and needs weren't met.

   Had reservations for 2pm and didn't get seated until 2:30, food was alright, did come quickly. Was told a manager would be over to explain player packs etc (was our first time there so new to it) but that never happened. Had several games take chips but not start so wasted chips that were spendy to begin with. Was not blown away but not completely unimpressed. Would probably go again.

   The food was on par with a fast food restaurant. Our order was wrong, as was the one for the table next to us. Definitely overpriced.

   It was great for my son’s birthday. We went on a Thursday, so not many people were there. We had fast, friendly service and lots of fun.

   Allie was amazing! We had a large group and she welcomed us and was happy to have large group. Anyone else would have been overwhelmed, but she was so happy, kind, inviting and without a doubt the BEST server I’ve ever had. The electronic system she used to place our orders got them back to the kitchen and our drinks and food were coming out before the last of our group was able to get their order placed. Very efficient and greatly appreciated by us teams with lots of kids who don’t sit still well for very long!

    Never got our meal, we ended up leaving after an hour and a half…the manager did take off half our check. A table that arrived after us was served their food but many tables around us waited as long as we did.

    We had the Giant pretzel, Bruschetta, Parmesan chicken, Burgers, and Ribs. Everything was really good and could rival a fine dining restaurant. Saydie was a great server!! We would definitely eat here again!

    The food was good for our whole group but we seemed very rushed. Two from our group had not even got their food and we were getting our bills. Everyone had a great time playing the games.

    Our waiter was the great, the food was good and the games are fun but my advice is order your drinks before going to play games. The bar service is a bit laking. Waited at least 10 minutes to order a drink and took them maybe another 5 minutes just so I could pay for the drink. But other than that I had a great time.

    Food was OK - they tried to have a fancy menu and the food was pretty good. I'd rather see more bar type food to go along with the atmosphere. Service was awful. Waited 10 mins before the host even checked us in. Waitress was slow and didn't check often. Seems like this is a pattern with many places - good help is hard to find now days. Games were a lot of fun!

    Despite having reservations through Open Table, we waited 40 minutes to be seated although there were many open tables. The food was slow and we were not able to eat together because the delay between all dinners for our 7 people was too long. This was an adult birthday party and next time we will try Thunder road out.

    Fun place to take your kids or even just as an adult. Service was okay. Our waitress only checked on us twice and took forever to get our receipt. Not much of a menu but other then that. It wasn’t to bad for our first time.
