They were very nice but very unprepared and I don’t think the open table app was a smart way to go for my son’s party- over priced for games but the waitress was awesome. All in all it was a good time, just not what I expected.

We went for our son’s Birthday he really enjoyed himself! Their were plenty of Great games to play! When it came down to the food it all was good, they just ran out of the brussels sprouts so we was not able to try them.

Our party was very disappointing. We had reservations for 10 and it was for a birthday party. We were seated at a two separate tables and the hostess said we could move the tables together ourselves. Really? We were seated in the sports viewing section on a day when there were three Houston sports teams playing. Why would you put a birthday party in the sports viewing section when it was already crowded. The hostess then told us if we walked around and found a table we could move. The waitress offered to bring two more chairs so everyone could sit. That took 15 minutes. The truffle fries were too salty and you were out of meatballs. We were offered a comped fries but when the bill came we were still charged for the meatball bread. We were left with empty drinks constantly. It was really awful and a big disappointment. I could go on and on but you get the point. We will not be back.

We sat for 20 minutes I found a server and asked politely if she could get our server she said she was helping a stable then she would. We waited another 10 minutes and our waiter who we seen walking around came to table. He was pleasant and food was good.

We booked a reservation for about 15 people. Our waitresses was so sweet, matched our vibe and was on it when it came to drinks & food. Noise level wasn't bad until you go towards the games, but that was expected. And the front desk was sweet also. :)

It was our first time at Dave & Buster's. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Our group had a couple of the different burgers and some wings. The food was quite good. I thought the service was a bit slow, especially as we were at one of the tables around the bar. But other than that, pretty good dinner.

Because we were a party of 9, not 10, we did not qualify for the party specials. Because we wanted to order a la carte, which is more expensive, we didn't qualify for the Slam Dunk Special. Because we split$300 dollars worth of game chips on 4 cards, we didn't qualify for quantity discounts. So, I can't give high marks for value, but we had a really fun time and the food was good.

We went with a 16 people party and ended up having to split the bill myself. Some people didn't even get their orders in including my dessert to sign happy birthday. I'm not blaming the server it was one person trying to serve many tables including our group.

The waitres la Amy was not attentive at all and did not pay attention to detail. My husband ask for a hamburger with avecado and no onions. His food came out bad onions and no avecado. I ordered wings which was barely room temp and I asked for fries with cheese and bacon. I ordered a burger for my teenage grandson she brings out a burger from kids menu. I got fries with just bacon. She never once asked if we needed anything or if we were okay. She never asked if we’d like desert or chips for kids to play games. An took her almost 15 min to get our payment. This was our first time and probably our last time.

I was impressed by the food and drinks. My extra dirty martini was great and consistent with the second. The burrata appetizer was really good and I was impressed! Also, the pretzel was GIANT...bigger than any "giant" pretzel we've had at any other restaurant but it was still super soft and fluffy on the inside. Definitely not some cheap frozen dough like some other places. This was so good. And whatever spicy dip they serve it with was great and I wanted to just drink it. Our server was nice and helpful.

Birthday. Our server was an absolute sweetheart and really took care of us. The food is okay but you don’t really come here for the food. Games were great as always and sports games on all the screens. We love coming here!

after reserving a table and only being told it was only open seating... and after seating myself and being told the section i chose was closed... and after trying the other section with all the dirty tables and never receiving a waiter after 10 minutes, even though everyone else had food and the waiters were socializing with each other...I WALKED OUT! THANK goodness I did because I wandered into Top Sushi and was seated immediately and had an appetizer in 5 mins. SEE my review on that place. Dave and Busters didn't have a clue about service, greeting or hospitality. When I walked out, I was told they were short on staff. Pity. Some things on the menu looked pretty good.
