Everything was great. It was just how long it took to get are food out to the table on a Wednesday night Waitress was the best , very sweet most polite and apologetic about the time It was taken to get the food out but overall best 5 year anniversary date night!!

I ordered cauliflower appetizer came ice cold I got a to go box I’ll heat at home (maybe) I shared my husbands flatbread server was good seemed new but got everything we asked for and checked on us

We waited 30 minutes just to order drinks after being seated to the point that we had to ask what the issue was. This was our second experience of waiting long for service. The first time we figured it was because they had just opened. This time they were not that busy. Food was good. It took another 15 minutes for to-go boxes & another 20 minutes for the check. Our food bill was crazy expensive for bar food. It was good but not for the price. I will not be going back again.

Decent during the week experience overall. The noise level was perfect for those who have younger kids. The food for some of our guests was cold, and the drinks had a "funky" taste. Will return, as a previous weekend experience knocked it out of the park.

It was honestly the worst ever. Food came out 20-30 minutes after everyone else it was burnt and cold. Worst Mother’s Day ever going here and the sad part was they were not busy.

Service was very slow...our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was nice and polite, happy. She was just very busy. They just need more wait staff and table cleaners.

Nami was awesome and very attentive to our needs. Manager walks around and checks on everyone. Manager was very pleasant and friendly. Guys at the door were engaging. Everyone makes sure you have a good time. Place is much smaller than other Dave & Busters.

Was greeted by a friendly person first and he told me there would be a few minute wait, then the female hostess asked us as well, she spoke very quietly and I could barely hear her it seemed to aggravate her when I asked her to repeat herself. She also seemed to take offense when I told her someone had already checked us in. We then were shown to our table but then it took roughly 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, the waitress was friendly. She informed me that they couldn’t make what my son and I wanted as they were out of buns, I was able to order my son something else. I took a minute and ordered something I was unsure about, food came out in a reasonable amount of time, my dish was a bit spicy. The rest of the experience went well.

Our first time here and the first 10 minutes was not pleasant. The host was very nice. Told her it was our first time and asked for an overview on how it worked. Also reserved a table 1 week prior along with purchasing An advanced card via my rewards app ahead of time.Very nice hostess. Explained everything..and also told me I can transfer my virtual card to a physical one if need be . Tried to use my phone to play games would not work. Stopped by prize area as instructed by hostess to tell them and see if he could transfer card from my phone to a physical one . Very rude. Acted like I didn't know what I was doing. Asked for Google wallet pin and then asked me to take my cover off my phone. When I refused he handed me my phone and walked away. Requested a manager immediately and she very quickly transferred the card and apologized... Then when it was time to be seated at our reserved table for 9 we were first placed at a table that required extra seats put at the booth. The nice waitress took action immediately and said we would not be comfortable and got us a bigger table to accommodate our party . It was not an overall pleasant experience for our first time there especially because it was my daughter's birthday and that was her request to go there..
