We had a nice time but it was really upsetting that we were celebrating a birthday and I was told that I could bring my own cake and so we did and when we got there we were told that we couldn't put it on the fridge, "if you would've gotten here earlier I would have told you sooner", obviously I can't do anything with that because I've already driven all the way there and I couldn't do anything with the ice cream cake, so when it was time to eat it, it was a milkshake, it would have been nice to know before hand.

The reservation was for a birthday party, and we brought a Baskin-Robbins cake because it's my niece's favorite. However, the manager didn't allow us to freeze the cake until we finished our meal. Unfortunately, the cake melted, and we lost it 😞. Additionally, they did not allow us to bring balloons either even that we get there with them.

The service was fine, but I was annoyed that when I called ahead to see if I could bring balloons for my husband's birthday, they simply said "no". I had a balloon bouquet that I wanted to bring for the table. Those were allowed, but the person on the phone did not let me know that the balloons would be allowed as long as they did not have Helium, which my bouquet didn't.

The waiter keep attending the guy beside us, even when my son ask him first for the soda he forgot bring it with the food, he brings ONE soda and give it to the person beside my son and later he bring my son's soda.

Tables were not ready by the time of the party arrival. One of the hostess was not friendly/had attitude when we were asking for additional table/seats that were needed due to the party size. She pretended that we organized our own tables.

The following are in need of improvement: Event booking: We booked, online, two weeks before the event. The day of the event we wait 35 minutes after the event time, in the waiting room. They did not reserve the requested amount for my guests. (We had to wait for people to finish using the table to use it). Service: The waitress must be friendly (she had a serious face).
