    They do not have everything on the menu. Do not accept altering orders ( not even changing the type of bread!). Staff is so poorly trained that they keep talking amongst themselves ignoring a waiting client. We went early and there were only families with young kids; tge music was loud and inappropriate for the audience. The waiter was unwilling or incapable of sorting out which offer was better for our party. The silly rule of no kids without adults in the play are made our enjoyment impossible.

    Excelente servicio por parte del mesero Yash, y los gerentes Gabriel y Tamara !! Eramos sobre 30pers celebrando el cumpleaños #7 de nuestro chico y nos hicieron sentir de maravilla. Todo, tanto los platos como las bebidas llegaron rápido a la mesa y todo delicioso! Great job!!!

    Obtuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Nuestro mesero Javier fue excelente, que a pesar de lo ocupado que se encontraba el local, siempre estuvo atento y presente. La comida llego en tiempo insperado, pues por la demanda pensabamos que iba a tomar mas tiempo. Gracias volvemos!!!

    Johnatan fue muy amable y diligente aunque tuvo que pedir disculpas por otros. Primeramente teníamos reservación para las 5:00 justo diez minutos antes nos sentaron en una mesa que ya estaba ocupada, luego nos movieron y pasó tiempo en lo que un joven que estaba atendiendo otra mesa se acercó y tomó la orden en un papel al ver que llevamos tiempo esperando. Luego de 1hora exacta desde que nos sentamos por primera vez llegó Johnatan y volvió a tomar la orden. Mi esposa y yo nos incomodamos ya que viajamos unas 2 horas y 15 minutos desde nuestro hogar para disfrutar el cumpleaños de nuestra hija. Les repito que Jonathan fue amable, allí fallaron otras personas que no hicieron el trabajo correcto y agradable.

    It took the waiter 20 minutes to arrive to take the order. when the drinks arrived it was not what we ordered. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive and they gave us other people's food. Was not what we order. My wife got very upset and she didn't want to eat.

    Hola. Agende para un cumpleaños y el lugar tiene muchos términos y condiciones que no están especificados en esta aplicación al hacer la reserva. Cuando llegue ayer al lugar NO ME DEJARON PASAR NINGUNA DE LA DECORACIÓN QUE TENÍA. Invertí muchísimo dinero y en ningún lugar me dice eso. Luego me entero que es que se supone llegará un mensaje de texto que NUNCA ME LLEGÓ. No pueden depender de ese mensaje de texto para avisar sobre las cosas que se pueden o no llevar al lugar. Malísima la experiencia al llegar al local por la falta de información en esta aplicación. El negocio debe hacerse responsable de hacer ver esos términos. Muchísimo dinero perdido en decoración y cosas para un cumpleaños.
