   Le mesera y el ambiente muy bueno. Lamentablemente la Host se acercó a uno de mis invitados y les dijo que debían irse de la mesa porque supuestamente no estaban consumiendo cuando todavía tenían sus platos recién terminados y pensaban quedarse más tiempo. Ambos invitados se fueron y se sintieron ofendidos. Me parece de muy mal gusto la manera en que se dirigieron a ellos y afectó el ambiente del compartir. Y bastante que pidieron Algo que pudo resolverse con tacto. Pueden ver los recibos de las órdenes pedidas ese día y verán que estaban consumiendo.

   We went with my family for my sons birthday. The waitress was super nice and the service was excellent. My kids had a blast.

   We celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday and the experience was great. The girls enjoyed the games. The people at the table were able to talk without shouting because the ambiance was quite enough. Nice tv screens, outstanding service, great food. It was a pleasure experience. Recommended. We visited Dave and Buster’s Plaza las Americas San Juan.

   We sat in the dining side and didn’t play games, so this review is just about dining. We food options are really varied which is nice. I especially like the power bowl offerings. Food is reasonably price and our server Nathalie was excellent. There were TVs all around so nice to be able to watch some sports too. Lastly, we could not hear noise from the arcade side of the place. I really appreciated that, as I was worried it would be really loud and we wouldn’t be able to have a conversation and luckily this was not the case!
