    Decided to give eating here a second try after a terrible dining experience when they first opened, food was all barely edible and the service was absolutely terrible. At least on that night the staff acknowledged it and gave us both a discount off our food and some additional game cards to play after. The food has definitely improved, still not amazing but edible. The service is still awful, second time in a row that I sat watching my family eat and finally had to ask if my food was coming and the server realized my order hadn’t been put in. The people sitting next to us hadn’t gotten service for about twenty minutes of sitting and waiting. When my food finally arrived, I asked for the check right away and the server went out of her way to reach over me and give it to my husband when I was the one who had asked for it. No discount off the food for the mistake, still spent a fortune on the meal and the computer to pay the bill defaulted to a tip 20% or more. Then when we went to play with our unlimited game card that we purchased within ten minutes of play it stopped working and I had to track down the waitress wait for her to find a manager and stand like an idiot next to the kitchen while i was finally issued the correct game card. Again, no compensation for their error or wasting my time, not even an apology. For the price you pay at this place, they could really improve their customer service. All the tvs in the restaraunt were out and it was crazy loud and echo-y while the direct tv logos just bounced around, I only even noticed because I was just sitting and waiting for my food the whole time.

    My son had his 11th birthday party at Dave & Buster's on Saturday. I was extremely impressed with the customer service Zie provided! The kids had a blast and I highly recommend going there for any occasion!

    We had a great time celebrating my 39th birthday. It was very family friendly and not overcrowded. The games selection was good. The beer was cold, the food was good, and the service from Roger was excellent!!

    I totally understand that you're there to play the games but the food and drinks are also what makes it the one stop shop- however no food modifications (or no onions, sauce on the side, please bring some ranch) we're actually acknowledged or made to order. Food took an unreasonable amount of time, like nearly an hour....when we purchased the 90 min unlimited play cards and made the kids wait until after eating to use them it turned it into nearly a 4 hour night....one appetizer was brought out ahead of food, other was brought out with the food. Ordered a Martini waited 15 mins to be told they have no olives, okay no problems then I could go without olives to be told another 10 mins later there's no olive juice and be offer that they can do a martini with Tito's and Lemonade....it was a disaster to say the least.

    This location is wonderful! Service staff are so attentive to your needs. The food is delicious. The game play area is safe and clean. The restrooms are well-maintained and very clean.
