Food was really good but I had forgotten to ask for something without Spice. I could have also asked to sit at the bar so I could watch the Game but there was no option for that when I reserved my table. I did ask my server to see if it was alright for me to move to the bar and she said yes. The staff are great once you manage to flag one down, otherwise they will walk right by when you are trying to get their attention.

We enjoyed the food, drinks, and games. We had the nachos, bacon cheeseburger, Philly cheesesteak, and pizza. For drinks, we had strawberry watermelon margaritas. Not a single complaint from any of the 6 kids we had with us.

We had reservations for 6:30 for 10 ppl. When we arrived, we were told there were no tables because people were just standing around sitting on them not eating and there was nothing they could do. We were offered a table of 3 but that wouldn’t help. We were eventually seated separately but it wasn’t what we reserved.

Apparently a child's dish comes out quickly...I got my meal 15 minutes after the child's meal came out. My grandson was done eating and had to wait on me to eat my meal. Order the cheeseburger medium and it came out well done. Complained to manager, no apologies.

This was our first time ever going to a Dave and busters and we were not impressed. I ordered the new Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was just dry and had too much fat in it.. then went to play some games and several of them took our money and then didn’t work. Our server was alright other than not knowing anything about the menu or the drinks…

We love Dave and Busters and the food was excellent. While we do appreciate giving people jobs, please be careful what jobs you make them responsible for. You can ruin someone’s experience and increase their frustration level due to this. She was extremely slow in movement, struggles to communicate with us and seemed confused about a lot of her job.

It’s fun and a great time. Some of the games will take your chips and not play some of the games. The server was little slow on getting food out & had to ask for refills ect. Very pricey for family fun but kids loved it! Very loud too.

No kind of birthday bundle Food wasn't good they didn't have certain things and was replaced without notification Virtual game wasn't working properly and a refund was not offered just an apology so they basically just stole my money the bathrooms wasn't clean just nasty it was just a bad experience

Food was great and games were fun! Terrible service. Took 15 minutes for someone to take our order. When our food finally came they forgot one persons entire order and another persons fries. We thought they were coming right back with it. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and check on us so we could tell her they forgot some of the food.

Young man at reception area was very kind to our two kids and helped them download their game tickets before sitting down for lunch. The waitress was very helpful when we asked questions about the menu. Food arrived quickly and was very good. The entire place looked very clean including the bathrooms. This was our first visit and it was a pleasant surprise. Will be returning.

We opted for 550 chips for $60, a special they were running for our 1 child. This was PLENTYYY of chips. The games are 5-15 chips per turn. We reserved our table earlier that morning on OpenTable for 7pm. They were able to move us up to 630pm being we were early. We had Makeisha as a server and she was 10/10! Prompt, drinks never empty, very nice and informative about all of our additional gaming questions. Food was reasonably priced and delicious although I did hear a couple folks mention the fires being very salty

We made a reservation for a birthday and it was great. However, accommodations for a baby were not the best. We were seated at a high top booth and we were told our baby would have a high chair that reach the table. Unfortunately it was too short and my baby hit his head on the table. So, our baby ended up sitting in our laps.

Bar service was on point, quick and attentive. Our drinks were good, our food was very good as well, the only slight issue was our food service was a bit slow. A few managers made rounds which I always love. Games were fun. Prizes may be a little bit on the high side, but both kids were able to get some thing nice. Was it fun stop on our vacation. oh, and… We got a nice high-quality photo for free!

It is exactly what you’d expect, but the service and food quality for the price was definitely below expectations. Food that had clearly been sitting in the warmer and very slow wait staff did not meet already low standards. Kids had a great time with the games, but I would recommend eating before and just go for the games. Great play—not even good food.

It was our grandchildren’s birthday celebration our dinner’s came out 1 at a time no one ate together, dishes were messed up what should have been a 1 hour meal took 2 hours…. Noise level At it’s highest… Food was cold & Horrible cost $350.00 for salads & kid’s burgers…. NEVER AGAIN FOOL ME ONCE NOT TWICE MCL

We come here a lot, 1-2 times a month. We had a large party after Christmas and made reservations ahead of time. After waiting 30+ minutes, they just sat 2/3 of the party while the rest of us chose to play games instead of continuing to wait. Not our typical experience here. But I would not bring a large party (16 people) here again

Management had to be reminded of reservation for the large party and was not prepared. A space was provided at the wrong time and there was a lot of disorganization. I would not recommend this venue for large groups.

Every time we go to Dave and busters it just amazing. I really recommend their new 6 patty burger with everything on it. Comes with 3-4 kinds of cheese. Definitely full after it.
