Our server Alexis was amazing! She was very helpful and attentive. Our food was excellent. Everything was freshly made served at the perfect temperature and delicious.

It's just awful. Manager handed every table around us a Dave and Busters hat except us. Actually, the table next to us she gave 2. Spent over $200 for the 4 of us and nothing. Ridicous

We had a reservation for 3:45. We waiting another 20 minutes after our time while two girls played on their phones at the hostess stand. We asked how much longer and they told us they were waiting for tables to be cleaned off as we could see 4 open tables. We were seated and our waitress came right over to take our drink order however she came back a moment later to let us know that they were out of draft beer my husband had ordered and also out of the sparkling water I ordered. We changed our order and figured out food, once again one of the items we wanted they were out of as well. The kids food came out first which is nice but 1 it was barely warm and 2 they were done eating and ready to go play by the time our food came out. The food itself besides not being very warm was good. My husband had ordered a second drink and it took forever to get we were done eating and ready to play by the time someone else not our waitress came around. We weren't impressed at all and see why this location had such a poor review.
