   UFC experience was awesome! My family and friends had a great time. Tina was able to accommodate our requests and our server Precious made sure our drinks didn’t stay empty for long. Will be back for more sporting events!

   Completely mismanaged and understaffed for a Saturday at 6. Only 1 bar tender, machines down staff not knowledgeable of resetting or making repairs. Not great experience the facility layout is chaotic should’ve been more separation from dinning and games.

    we wanted to hang out and we did and it was very good the food took a little to long to get their but besides that we had an amazing time but the only the i didn’t like was that the security office or what ever he was took his job a little to serious and he didn’t let me go check my card to see how much i had and i was 18 and my friends were 17 but the lady security officer was chill she didn’t ask us for i.d or anything

    The front desk where you talk to someone about your reservation seemed a little scrambled I made reservations days prior and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before seating. Once we sat we were greeted by thee best server! She was over the top kind , friendly & patient. Her customer service was the absolute best! Overall my family and I had a great experience.

    Started the moment we walked in and the hostess walked right by the table already assigned to us as it was decorated with a very large bouquet of balloons for the birthday boy. We had a reservation so waters and balloons were on the table when we arrived however she sat us in a large booth next to five other larger parties. Oblivious to the name on reso, the balloons or anything else. Our server was completely overwhelmed, had zero help from management or other staff with much slower sections, was training a new hire and I’m sure every table had a complaint. Food was slow…if it was even entered at all. We went to the bar twice to get our own drinks as we had waited over 20 minutes for some eye contact. It was honestly a mess! Kids enjoyed the games and their burgers but I will never go back. Very disappointed. Enough so that I took the time to write this review.

    They took a hour and I never even got my drinks a table next to me got there after me and got served first food and everything. I asked for orange juice and never got it we only got 1 drink at the table and ordered 4. Someone brought me orange slices in a cup instead of oj. Never going back again. Terrible service

    The food was lacking heat and flavor. Staff was all over the place since it was super busy which was understandable but it meant when we asked for something it missed or forgotten. Way overpriced for the quality of the food and drinks you get. Will definitely not be back to eat just to play.

    Table was ready upon arrival. Server took our drink order informed us food would be ready 15 to 20 minutes. Everything was right on schedule. Our server was also very knowledgeable about obtaining game card for my 6 yr. old granddaughter. I found all staff members provided great service.

    Made a reservation for 10 people for 5:00pm. We had to wait until 5:25pm to be seated. They gave us a table for 6 and another table for 4 which were separated by at least 3 feet. We were told we could not put the two tables together. Ridiculous. We asked for the manager, he finally give in to us and allowed us to move the tables together. It was so loud in the restaurant we could not talk to each other. They had the paper view Cage Fight on…Did I say loud!!! Tooooo Loud!! Half of our group received their meals in a time matter and the other half which were hamburgers arrived to our table approx. 45 mins later, barely warm. On the positive my grandkids enjoyed playing many of the games.

    First time going to any Dave and Busters. Staff was very friendly but appeared young and inexperienced. Few attempts to give my table someone else food order. Service was also slow. The food was okay. Not great, not terrible. Perhaps a little overpriced for what you get. The restaurant was clean and noise decent in the eating area. Good for young families. Not my scene as a more mature adult due to the video games and noise.

    Our family gathered to celebrate my daughters 21st BDay. It was a perfect spot for our family because my daughter (and some of the adults) could enjoy a drink (or two) while the kids had a blast with the games (adults enjoyed the games too) - great family night out!

    We had a reservation for 20 that was scheduled two weeks prior. They didn’t have the seats and we had to separate the entire party. Server didn’t bring waters when we asked multiple times and didn’t hear the order. The music and noise level is so high, you can’t talk to the person beside you. Will not be coming back

    I took my family and nieces for a fun night out and Dave and Busters did not disappoint!! There was a hiccup with our bill and the staff went out of their way to correct it! Beyond accommodating and friendly. Heidi, one of the bartenders, and Beto, the general manager, were exceptional with custom service skills. We will be back again most definitely

    Surprisingly great food and service. The games were new and the kids loved them. We went on Wednesday, so the games were half price. Great value. Cards were $3 each to activate, so you have to keep them. Noise level was off the chain. Way too loud for me. But the kids were OK with it

    It’s a new location that just opened up. When calling for inquiries about a big party they were not very helpful and could only direct you to open table for reservations. Party rooms were not available. We had to book 2 different reservations and asked our parties to be seated by one another. They had us seated kinda weird with 8 of us in a booth style and then the other 8 on a table that faced us like on a “t” shape. Luckily everyone who showed up was able to squeeze into the one table. Our server was fantastic and the food was actually good! Didn’t get a chance to play games as we had to head to our next venue of the night but I’ll be back for food and games next time!

    Service was extremely slow with our specific staff not knowing their own menu and didn’t know what simple cocktails were. Ordered and captain and coke and was brought a shot of rum with a coke on the side. It’s still fairly new so hopefully this aspect of service will get better with time. Food was good once it was brought to us, but was at least a 35 min turnaround from the time we ordered till it was brought to the table. Again understanding everything is still new and probably working out kinks, so we’ll try again at a later date. Games were good and enjoyed those.

    Had a b day party there. People ordered all different food on menu and no one liked it. Food needs to improve dramatically. But service and games were great. Won’t go back for the food but will for games!

    We made a reservation, went there for the first time last night. They sat us, gave us menus, didn't inform us before seating us all they had left for food was Chicken Wings, Chicken tenders and salads. That was it. We waited in our seats for 30 minutes to be told they had basically ran out of food and continued to seat customers. That was pathetic. Games were great, restaurant was pathetic

    They were out of 70% of the menu items by 3:00 PM. Only saw the waitress twice once to take drink orders Which even there they were out of 60% of drinks that were on the menu. Had to order the food by phone since no one came back to take our order.

    Service is unacceptably slow. I was seated timely, but our server was not responsive and it took 20 minutes for our drinks to be taken, another 15 minutes for our orders to be received and 80 minutes from when we ordered to receive our food. The food came out in intervals of 10 minutes, so by the time my wife’s salad came out, the entire party had finished eating. The server avoided our table so I couldn’t even ask for updates on our food. When it was time to check out the server responded with a “it wasn’t on me…”

    The food sucks here. Chicken wings are dry af and the burgers are not juicy either. Drinks are always going to be overpriced when going out. Games are just like Chuck E. Cheese. The server was nice and drinks came out really quick. Food took about 15-20 minutes, but playing games helps pass the time. There were no napkins given with the food. Service was alright but it was busy so I don’t mind the wait. Would I come again? Probably not.

    Service was horrendous! Ordered 2 appetizers, they were out of 1. Had to hunt down our server after about 30 minutes waiting to order to do so. Out of the 4 entrees ordered, 2 came correct and 2 were over or under cooked (burger ordered medium well and it came rare, rib eye steak was ordered medium rare and it came more medium well). We were never checked on while we were waiting, not even for beverage refills. Volume level was WAY too loud, to the point it was difficult to hold conversation. Server let us know at the end of the meal after expressing our disappointment that it was only his second day. On top of all that, the elevator was out of service, and my fiancé is in a walking boot so he carefully had to walk up the stairs. Would I go back? Probably not to this location, at least not anytime soon.

    Went there cause my autistic son wanted to celebrate a birthday there. The place was jumping in a Friday night and the ambiance was great but the service was extremely slow, our waitress left in the middle of our service. Even the sodas & lemonade took really long. By the time our food came out it was cold, the fries don’t taste that great when cold. The food taste good and will return but not when is full

    The service girl seem very new. Mix drinks not so good. I will stick to beer and wine there. Some tv in our area were out (2) I had to get Silverware for my wife and I to eat our food. Our food came out 20minutes apart. We received food order that we didn’t order and were changed. Refuse to take it off and we didn’t eat or take it with us. Overall this can be a fun place. Hope they work out. ??

    You would think for corporate establishment that they would have at least everything fully staffed or have better management that can accommodate. Today was Father’s Day they were at least two hours behind. And over an hour behind for food. Because they stated they did not have the kitchen staff to deal with the amount of orders and people that were eating. Poor planning on management to deal with the demands of the day. Many complaints today with patrons and hostess staff with excuses of I just do what they tell me.

    Horrible place. We had reservations and arrived a few minutes early. The line for the hostess stand was out the door, and we had to stand in line anyway, despite having a reservation. We were about to miss our 15 minute “grace period” because we had to stand in the long line. Husband finally went to the hostess stand and asked about our reservation. They couldn’t find it. So we just left. It wasn’t necessarily the waiting in line that was the problem. The problem was that the line was not moving. People were literally next at the hostess stand, and were staying there for 10-15 minutes at a time. It was utter chaos. And then Dave & Buster’s had the audacity to report us to Open Table as a “no show”, so I received an email from Open Table wanting an explanation. We HAD a reservation, which we tried to keep, but the hostess stand people couldn’t find it. We left. Never again!
