Very good experience overall. Not immediately greeted by host when we arrived. Took a long time to be greeted by server after seated. Had to ask an off duty server to find him; however, all remained on track afterwards

Great location to celebrate birthday. It was a bit crowded but that was understandable. Dining away from the crowd was a HUGE plus for us.

The games were good except for a couple that were down or took my coins and didn’t work. The food was good for the price but the service was horrible. Waited over 20 minutes for a second beer and dressing for food was delivered when the food was almost done. Other refills also took a long time even though the server was seen walking around and even came to the table and assured a few times that she will be right back with the dressing/refills. When we were ready to go server was no where to be found and we waited about another 20 minutes to see if we could find them walking around and didn’t. I will probably eat somewhere else before going to enjoy the games if I decide to come here again.

When we arrived at the very front in the entrance the people were nice. But when being seated for dinner… we had told the host we had a reservation she looked us and walked away. It very loud you can really hear anything. We approached another waitress and waiter to see if they could help us. But our belief was they had a bad day but caused a back and forth. They were extremely rude. It was so fast that I myself couldn’t react. It was disappointing and ruined our experience. We had spoken with a manager, and let them know about the situation. We both work in customer service. I myself work in management. But those two waiters had attitude as soon as we spoke to them. All they could’ve said oh I’m sorry but let me check for you. I normally don’t say anything but that altercation was not something to rub off it was extremely rude from them.

They didn’t have the table reserved when we got there. Luckily, there weren’t many people and they were able to prepare the table for 10 people in a few minutes. The service was very good, our waitress was very nice . My only complain is that the table wasn’t set up when we arrived… what was the purpose of making a reservation? The fact that they confirmed it by text, email, several times.?

The worst experience for a 9 year old birthday ever. Had a table reservation for 6 pm, showed up at 5:45, and it was closed. Talk about ruining a birthday, especially when it’s on Christmas Eve and you can’t have normal parties like other kids. It was just a punch in the gut.

The food was amazing, we were at our table from 1pm-3:30pm. Our waiter barely came to the table. He barely had any tables, yet we had to ask other employees for things we needed. I was not happy with the service at all. I had guests meet me at the restaurant & it took about 15-20 minutes to get their drinks to the table! Absolutely crazy.

I made a reservation a week prior to my arrival for a party of 15 and i arrived an hour 1/2 earlier than my appointment & my table still wasn’t ready. We waited a total of 3 hours just to be seated. And an hour plus just for food. Managers told me they over booked but wasn’t accommodating at all my food bill alone was over 900$ not including the games and play cards. The communication w staff and management was poor and completely unacceptable.

Took grandsons to dinner and to play games. The service was extremely slow and the meals arrived at separate times. 3 of us had our meals more than 20 minutes sooner than the others. One of the grandsons wanted a burger, well done and cooking time was their reason for the extremely late arrival. We purchased 200 credit play cards, but were charged $200 instead of $35. We were very clear in asking for 20 credits and the menu showed $35 for 200 credits. We do not intend to ever go to Dave and Busters again - not only for poor food quality and service, but because the error made (and not well corrected). Very poor evening.

The reservation i made was for nathing we got there waited a while tnere was noone in the front so we had to look for a table on our owen. There was not enough enough servers there were only 3 for so many people

We waited to be seated hostess was actually outside smoking when we came in. I thought she was a customer outside smoking. When she came in she said they were short on waiters so just go play some games and someone would get you food. We were there to eat. Never could find someone to take order. Place is going through a remodel looks dirty including restrooms which were filthy

Customer Service was extremely bad. Really poor service and disrespectful to our party. I had a reservation made since 1 day before and it took me 40 minutes to wait until get seated, while other customers we’re being seated before me. The servers never picked up our plates, but they we’re constantly cleaning and checking tables around, except ours. I don’t recommend this place. Really bad experience.

A versatile place for all ages. Can be really loud in some areas. Overall a good place for family. I definitely would not use it for a business meeting. But I would sure start the party here.

My table wasn’t ready. My table reservation was not made and I had to talk to the manager and insist that we had a reservation so that he could get us a table and in the end he placed us in the bar area and not in an area for children, I insisted that it was a children's party and told me that he had nowhere to locate us. The food was not good. And it takes forever to get there. I definitely didn't have a good experience with either the open table app or the place.

Starting with the hostess she was lost, even said there was a 2 hour wait for a both, after we sat in a middle table asked a waiterband they moved us to a both... Ambience was nice, ibasked for the fights to be put on the tv and they did, that made me happy :),. Food was ok. Lastly, the waiter -Gave Himself- the highest tip, like really?!?!?!

D&B’s is unfortunately very understaffed these days, and on weekends, it gets trashed by all the guests and there isnt enough staff to keep it clean. Super sad too because the place is generally really fun and great for the kids
