Although it was a slow night for them, all of our food came out cold or burnt. The bone-in wings are terrible; it tastes like they fry them with no seasoning & throw the sauce on top. No refills on fountain drinks, only water refills. Most bar drinks taste watered down.

Dave and Busters Memphis would be perfect if they got you your food faster than 40 minutes wait time. Server was very kind, some other employees were a tad rude. Overall not terrible just wish I didn’t have to wait almost an hour and a half to eat.

Food was not cooked well. I was also charged a different amount then what was printed on my receipt. Many of the games were not working correctly and the prize areas was 98% empty

It was noisy, but you should expect that with their business. Food was great and service was on point. Myah was our waitress and was on point! The manager was on the floor being seen and helping, which I respect. Pasta was delicious with an ample serving size. My child liked her Mac and cheese. My picky husband loved his ribeye. Will return!

The games are good nice verity but as far as food service it's not so good took us 3 hours to get a table and I had a reservation then took another 2 hours to receive our food due to a miscommunication between kitchen and wait staff our food was sat on a counter for a while then tried to serve us the cold food after they figured it out.. I would return only for the games not the food.

My first experience was horrible & I will not ever go back! The manager turn me & my guest away after we had been waiting a whole hour to be seated! Out the door we went with sad faces & an uncut birthday cake but Incredible Pizza accepted us with open arms.

My family had 6 reserved tables. After 4 hours, we ended up with 3. Management had ONE lady serving the entire bar by herself. She was doing her best but so unfair. ONE bar tender for the entire venue. Drinks sat at the bar for one hour. I went to the bar tender and ordered the same drinks we ordered before our food, paid for them, then found out our original drinks were sitting there. Our server forgot, understandably so. Two people working the line to buy tickets. The line was out the door. Completely understaffed and sadly, won’t make it through the Summer at this rate. They need to host a job fair and train the host to communicate with servers to know when to sit folks in a particular order. We had reservations at 12:30 and still lacked 3 tables at 4:30. Unacceptable. Over priced. We were patient with our server because she confided in us. Management needs an overhaul and restaffing. He was helpful but all over the place. Do not recommend.

We celebrated our Anniversary and we had a blast. Our waitress was very nice and the other workers were nice expect one that acted as if he was high. Other than than we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

When we came in we had to seat our selves and we were sitting down for a total of 15 minutes before my boyfriend decided to get up and go to the bar and ask for service after that we ordered our drinks and then we ordered our food. The time was OK, but the waitress had an attitude and she never spoke upon the card we load to play the games. Then, when we were finished eating the way, just lied and said that her tip was not included already in the receipt terrible that he had when in fact it was we asked how long she had been employed, and she replied “ two years”

They did not honor my reservation and the manager ignored me when I asked about it. Bar area was full of dirty dishes left on tables and bar top. Will never visit again.

Booked a table for 5 and they sitted us at a table for 4 and was told our 5th guests could sit a another table or the bar. They didn't know how to split the bill. We were double charged on drinks. I asked for water and was charged for a sprite. Took what it seems like forever to get the bill. We will not go back.

Both of Our cheese steak breads were hard on the bottom almost crunchy. I had a reservation but it took us almost 15 minutes to get seated. 4 games that we wanted to play were out of service - The Walking Dead, Connect 4 basketball and two others.

Food was good. We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early, but we didn’t get seated until after 7 I think because they were short staffed. Our waitress and the lady at the receptionist booth were both extremely nice and helpful. They did what they could to make it a good experience!

Booked a reservation 1 week in advance. Called to verify reservation, it couldn't be found, although I had a confirmation. Employee stated he would give my information to manager so I wouldn't have any issues upon arrival, due to their system being messed up. I arrived on reserved date, reservation still not found. I even showed confirmation and my party still had to wait. No apologies given, no compensation for their mess up. Will not be back.

I put our name in at 3:15. I was told it would be an hour and a half. We played games and left a little after 5. No one was at the counter to tell we were leaving. I got a text after 6pm saying the table was ready. There were plenty of empty tables. They had food sitting on them the entire time. (We had gotten there at 2pm and played.) I know there is a shortage of employees, and I have compassion about that as a former server. However, the wait was 2x as long as was told to me AND there was food sitting on tables for hours! The plates of food were stacked three high.
