   When I went to Dave & Buster’s on Tuesday night, the Jameson Long Island iced tea was delicious but on Friday night, they obviously used a different bottom shelf, brown liquor, and way too much sour mix in the same drink for the same price. I was in a party of about 23 people and Everyone who ordered the Jameson Long Island iced tea, felt that it was disgusting. The server had the nerve to blame it on “new bar tenders”. My guess is that this is a regular Friday and Saturday occurrence to save D&B some money.

   Food kinda over priced and salty. Nice place overall but expensive.

   This location has some older games - several out of order during our visit. Food was consistent with “bar” type food. Average at best. Service was very slow for meal and it was not busy at all. Staff could not answer any questions on about any topic. The staff gathered in small groups chatting and on cell phones. I asked question, about Eat and Play deal and one of the staff starting typing on phone - I assumed she was checking on my question after 5 minutes of total silence she looked up from her phone to ask me if I needed anything else - It is what it is games - bar food - and drinks - TopGolf is similar concept but food and service is much better. $111 for 3 Adults 1 kid - including games so pretty fair deal if you are looking to kill a few hours with your kids.

   The only negative is that I wish we had a point person to discuss the best options for our big party. As far as best pricing for food and games. I also wasn't expecting our party to be so in the open. Haven't been to Dave and Busters in years so wasn't privy to the new setup. But overall experience was positive. Our waitresses was efficient, they got everyone's order correct and food came out in a timely manner. we did have extra people show up, unexpectedly and I wish Dave and busters was more accommodating to that, but we had to reserve and wait for another table to open so everyone could have a seat.

   This experience was Awesome! We were treated with the best customer service from the time we got there to the time we left. The staff kept checking with us to make sure we were good. It was my son's birthday and he was estactic with how much kindness and the type of positive attention that was given by the staff there along with our AMAZING SERVOR ASHLEY!!! WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER NIGHT FOR OUR FAMILY. THANK YOU DAVE & BUSTERS!!! The only thing I hope is improved is the communication to your customers about your deals with the "EAT, DRINK, & PLAY." We were not told we couldn't get it until we ordered and I had my reservations for over two weeks. I had a budget for it then it was disappointing because changes were made only one week prior without our knowledge. Some correspondence should have been offered I believe. That's just my personal opinion. It'll be nice to give your customers "a heads up," so they can prepair accordingly. Thank you, though, for that was minor compared to the outstanding services we received.

   Food was slow and not the best. Server was not great. We even had servers switch on us. I never give negative reviews, but this time I think it is important for the managers to know how bad of a job they did. We had dirty silverware for 3 out of 7 people and no drink refills. The game floor was amazing! The place is beautiful!

   We arrived a little earlier than the set reservation and they got us seated right away. It was a nice environment and the staff were very nice

    The place looks nice. Waiting staff service was extremely slow. We had a rush on the time we had to order food. No one came to clean our tables. We did it our self. Orders were messed and hardly no one was in the dining area. Never again
