We had a wonderful time. I am glad we didn't have to drive to Austin for this outstanding treat. I really wanted to use the photo booth but it was broken.

Probably never going back. Reservation made for Sunday May 25 at 6:00. Got my table at 5:45, no one came to my table until 6:25 when I told my kids to get up and proceeded to leave the table. A young employee approached us and told me “Sir, I completely understand id you want to leave, you been sitting here for more than 20 minutes and we have a 5 minute policy” I could find your waitress if you decide to stay and the manager so maybe she can give you some type of discount for the inconvenience”. Mind you our waitress walked up and down the entire time passing by our table. Waitress appeared took our drink and food order. Manager came with no excuse, no sympathy and just told me “Sorry we started with the wrong foot with you sir let me know if there’s something I can do for you”. We got our drinks at 6:43 and 7:11 our dinner. No utensils for us I guess you only need a spoon for your chicken parmesan and alfredo pasta. I understand is a new restaurant, errors and mistakes are going to happen but how you make it up for the costumer is where you set yourself apart from the rest. The lack of management on the floor is something you can see easily. When you have a costumer weaving at the server so he can bring you your drinks is a bad sign.

Made a reservation for a table for my husband birthday, got there and was told that “booking a reservation doesn’t guarantee a table and there was a 2 hour wait”. Why have the option to reserve tables if the place was already booked up??? Why have a waiting list or anything for that matter. My family was honestly excited to try it but after my initial experience probably won’t come back for dining. Enjoyed the games but did not stay to eat because even after waiting for a table while playing games, nothing ever opened up, never even got an alert, even though we were on the waiting list. So if you plan to book a table here to eat, go somewhere else and save your time, but if you going for entertainment you will enjoy.
