   We went for a parent and kid fun time. It worked out great, we were mostly away from the noise, had a great table and our server was pretty attentive. The only thing she didn’t do was clear all the plates. But everyone said what a good time they had so a positive experience in my book.

   This was mine and my boyfriends first time going and the waitress and hosting staff were so nice and helpful! The food was incredible, the games were fun and everything was very clean and taken care of!

   The service was not good. Most times we need refills it was a 10+ min wait for the refill. The food was ok but nothing stunning for the price. We had a reservation and still had a 15 min. wait to be seated. I don't think we will be going back ever again.

   It was super busy, but our server was amazing! She was able to keep up with our requests and made sure we understood when we asked her questions.

   Food was okay but the service was not intuitive. Our waiter was attentive but did not set up our table correctly.We had no utensils or napkins and we had to take them from another table. We ordered appetizers(nachos) but were not given saucers for us to eat them. We took them from another table. There were no wipes to wipe down vr headsets or game controllers.

    We arrived for our reservation but was told they had a rush and we needed to wait 20 minutes. It was only 6 pm and not very busy. Once seated the service was great and the food OK. The battered fish looked like a deflated football. Too much batter. The games were new but not sure we’ll be back again anytime soon.

    The food is pretty good, definitely better then most game places that are similar. I would never just go out to just eat here though without going for the game side too. It’s fairly expensive for what it is, especially when you add on the game playing chips. But it’s a lot of fun. We spent $175 for two adults and two kids, which included food, games for about two hours, a VR game for the four of us, and some “prizes” won with tickets from the ticket games. I just wish it was a little more affordable and I’d take the kids more often.

    What is the point of making a reservation if there isn't a table available at the time of your reservation. I got there with a 4:30 reservation and they didn't have a table until 4:50. Very inconvenient and doesn't quite make sense. Not happy with this. Why even have reservations as an option.

    Workers did not seem enthused or polite really. Our waiter didn’t seem interested in being our server literally rolled his eyes at an order….. soooo loud inside. But yet really dismal feeling kinda sad :’( drinks had little alcohol.., if any. Food was mediocre and not memorable which was very disappointing.

    I booked a res here for 9 at 3:30 on 6/12/22. I had a gluten-allergic teen with me and your team took it super seriously, which I really appreciate. He is not my kid, but no parent wants to poison one of their kid’s friends. We got a visit from the manager to confirm allergens and his food came out with a cloche. Solid leadership and caring for the well-being of a customer.
