First server was ok but she had to leave for a family emergency before our order was ready. She had us pay our bill right then. Second server brought our food & I ordered another drink from the bar thinking the first was an accident that there was no alcohol in it. Second drink was just sugar water with barely any alcohol. Waited like an hour for the check for my second drink. Had to get another server to find her. There were deserts added to the 1drink check & she couldn’t figure out how to remove it from our bill so that was another 1/2 hour waiting. We won’t be back.

Our server Emily was energetic and on point. The restaurant manager greeted us and left business card. First time there, will definitely refer and return.

We were seated quickly, which gave us hope—but unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. We waited 15 minutes just for drinks (sodas and water), and even then, only half of them came out. It took another 5 minutes to get the rest. Twenty minutes after we ordered, someone brought a sauce to the table and casually said, “Oh, they didn’t bring your food?”—not exactly reassuring. The food then came out sporadically, with 5–10 minute gaps between dishes, so none of us were able to eat together. No one ever offered refills, and one person in our group eventually got up and refilled their own drink. The service was extremely disorganized and inattentive. Sadly, this isn’t our first bad experience here—it’s the second time we’ve had such poor service. We won’t be wasting our time coming back.

It was a very nice place, full of life! Nosey, but expected because of what's there! Lots of different TV screens to watch while eating, a nice bar and delicious drinks! The website wasn't up front about the pricing, but sort of expected that. Once we sat down, we didn't have anyone come over for almost 30 minutes to ask for drinks or food. They weren't that busy neither, it was about 330pm when we arrived and nobody serviced us until almost 4pm. But the service was friendly, and quick once they did come to us. They have a variety of games, huge games, fun games! But if you don't do the unlimited games, you have to be careful because some of the games stole our credits. The credits are expensive, so to have a few games steal from us sucked with what we had to use. But had fun picking out cool prizes at the end, lots of options! Overall, we will be going back because it was fun, even with the slightly slow service and games taking our money. Just expect to spend a lot of $$ up front if you want to have fun! It was just 3 of us, and we went fairly minimal and still spent near $100!

Everything was very good. We love the appetizer trays. The only not great part was the music level in the restaurant/bar area. Hard to have a conversation when eating. The waitress was great. Thanks for a great Graduation celebration.

We made reservations for 6pm. Seated at 615. Ordered food and drinks. Ate dinner at nearly 730….and they didn’t even bring all of the meals out together. Terrible tonight.

we had a mixture of entrees and appetizers and it was a nice sharing mixture for our party of five. other than the busyness when we were ready to leave it was a nice time and very enjoyable,

The only issue I have is I spent over$150 for dinner and for the second time, it did not go to my Dave & Busters rewards points and they cannot add it at the restaurant so I need to make time to call the number from the app myself which is just annoying. I don't even have the receipt from the last time, only tonight so I guess I lose any rewards for that. I am dreading finding the time in my busy work day to call and do this:( I wish you could just scan your receipt on the app.

Our server Chancey made the night. Those people are quiet Heroes in a din of the most flagrant americanism. Shout out to the excellent support staff. The bussers and runners were so efficient and pleasant. Jermaine was outstanding!

We went for my birthday with a group of 8. Had a great time playing games but the food was not as great as it sounded. My husband loved his pasta and we loved the flatbread pizza and wings we got but one member said their burger was super salty, the other said her burger was overly sweet. Seems inconsistent. Service was okay. We had a relatively new server. My husband and I have been before and really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Not sure if it was an off day or if they just have certain items that are top notch and others that are just mediocre at best.
