   We made reservations more than a month in advance for the Super Bowl AND confirmed them the day before via Open Table. Dave & Busters didn't keep a table for reservations and weren't going to honor it. We did eventually get a table in the gaming area, but it was SUPER loud with all of the video games. And we had to share the table with another group. Not the best, but we made it work. Our server was trying her best, but they were clearly overwhelmed. It took more than 90 minutes to get our food once we placed our order. I realize it's the Super Bowl, but I would have hoped a sports bar place like this would have been more prepared.

   One of they servers was very rude and disrespectful but the manager was helpful and a young lady who worked in the front and made me feel more comfortable and appreciated once I told them me and my kids was wrongly mistreated

   Server seemed bother. We were celebrating daughter 8 birthday. We order a couple of appetizers as we waited for friends to join us, this was more of small get to together. Not a sit down experience but still we had to ask for utensil sharing plates, we had to ask for game car promotion. We had to get extra drinks at the bar when in fact she was not busy but always seem like we were to much of a request,I won’t be doing a celebration like this anymore in total we consumed over 500 where I could’ve probably done a private setting. But this is a learning experience. She did not show me the itemize receipts as she knew I would complain about the service charge and just. Had me sign the check I did not want to make it a big dead but definitely not nice or expectable. Service charge is optional and should be earned. She definitely did not earn it.

   It was the greatest time i had in a while my friends and my boyfriend enjoyed it even it was an amazing time we all plan on coming back again real soon

   Don’t buy the Plate to play combo: they will charge you 20% gratuity on the hole bill, that is on the purchase of the PowerCard as well as on the meal. We told them that we would not pay that gratuity on the cards, before them meal (because we asked) and they said they would not charge it, but when the bill came we could not pay gratuity only on meal. We had to settle this thing with manager (who was kind). But we had very long waits before ordrering and after when it was time to pay. Food was good. Server was good but didn’t seem to know how to manage ordering Plate to play combo… or didn’t want to… who knows.

   I recently visited Dave & Buster's and had a terrible experience. The service was incredibly slow, with long waits just to get a drink or order food. The staff seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged us. We had to ask multiple times for refills, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. Overall, I felt like the whole experience was overpriced and underwhelming. Definitely won’t be coming back.
