   Fun place. Enjoyed the large TV screens for the Badger game. Food was good.

   Took over 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Our food also took about an hour to be ready. The food was good and the kids had fun but we had plans after and were almost late. With the size of our group we should’ve been assigned more than one server. Our server was nice, but seemed overwhelmed.

   It was a little too loud but it was fun. The food wasn’t good at all and actually had to send my steak salad back. No one like the food at our table and I wouldn’t Recommend you for food BUT The pizza was good and the service was good. Our waiter was nice and friendly. Everyone was friendly and we will be back for more games and pizza. Thank you

   We really enjoyed our meal and being able to play the games. The only thing that I did not care for was when we added coins or stuff on our card to reload them. They put that on as like the total for a tip to so not only for the meal.

   Our reservation was for 9 people at 5:30pm. Were seated in a timely manner but then spent most of the time waiting for our server. We didn't get our food until about 6:50.

   I booked a 9:00PM reservation through Open Table, party of 4. We arrived on time, and I was told that the restaurant does not take reservations, and that if we wanted a table, we had to find on in this large eating area on our own. I had received "reminders" from Open Table regarding the reservation, and I had a confirmation on my phone to show the receptionist. He said it didn't matter, and there was nothing he could do. I spoke to the Manager, who also said they didn't take reservations and that they had no control over the Open Table reservation service. But he did find us a table, had it cleaned, and we had our meal. The experience was very disappointing.

    I think maybe if there was more staff, food service may have been better??? Two of the three sodas were wrong, my food was barely warm and the kids burgers were hot so mine was prepared prior to theirs. I told the person at the counter, prior to buying two cards, that it was my sons birthday. I thought he was to receive a little extra on his card but he didn’t. Maybe I was supposed to bring proof? I’ll have to check into things better next time. Love the super amount of games!!

    Food was good service was great fast and helpful, I think staff seem to stiff like to over managed but they did well to work around it. They should be trusted more not so robotic. Our server was fantastic Julian was nice took our order checked back and was always very helpful.

    Staff were very nice. Food was good, Burger, Philly, Fish, appetizer bruechetta. Wait between appetizer and meal was a bit long. Pumpkin spiced cheese cake dessert was tasty. TVs were great for watching college football games. Noise from the music and game room games extremely loud. Bill was about $85 for three adults, four sodas plus food. Overall, I'd give it a 6 out of ten. Deductions for noise and wait for main entre.

    We actually couldn’t eat. Almost all tables were dirty. There were a couple tall tables that were clean but my autistic child won’t sit at a tall table. So there was no seating that would accommodate us. Also it reeked in the entire table food area, to the point my child refused to eat, I do admit it did smell nasty, not sure what food was served to make it smell like that.

    Service was great, food was tasty, and they had all of the NFL games going. Only drawback was the noise level as it was hard to hear my family sitting across the table. Other than that all was good!

    Don't know what the point of making a reservation for a table when it wasn't honored. Got there and asked about our table was told it doesn't matter and to grab an open table if there was one. Waitresses were nice but need to check on their tables more frequently. Everyone was done eating before our waitress came and asked about how everything was. My steak was over cooked but they were nice enough to take some money off the bill for us. They need more kid friendly games or more employee floor presences as people were pushing my kid out of the way on games he actually could play

    The food was amazing! My husband and I would go back just for the paremsan truffle fries!! A bit dark and a lot of TVs, that was only down side. But the service was awesome and very friendly!

    It was my first time at a Dave & Buster's. I wasn't impressed. All was ok until the food came out. The fries were cold and the burger mediocre. I was supposed to get some pesto dipping sauce, it didn't show. The waitress went to go get it and didn't return until later to tell me they were just whipping up a batch, none had been made yet. By that time I had most of the fries gone just because I was hungry. It's nothing more than an overrated Chuck E. Cheese's with blah food and expensive games to play. The kids had fun, that was the main thing. Will I go back? Doubtful.
