   We got there and found a table, the kids were so excited. We all decided what we were gonna eat and the games we wanted to play. But after like 15 minutes and watching several staff members walk right past us we asked how we get service? They said “I’ll get your server”, another 10 minutes past. We just decided to leave. The kids were super bummed but I figured it was a sign of what kind of place it is. Doubt I’ll ever go back

   We went on a family dinner date with our kids and it was not a great experience. The food took 45mins to come out. Our waiter didnt visit us that often to refill our beverages. The dining are was not busy at all. There was not that many people.

   Food was great and service was great as well. Orlandon (not sure if i spelled it correctly) was amazing. He had a larger party as well as other tables and was very busy, but still came and checked on us. He was very accommodating and funny. I definitely would recommend having him as a server.

   Everything was good other than the waiter not really attending to our table. Wasn’t busy as he stated himself and only checked up on us 3 times out of 2-3hrs that we were there. I even had to go find him just to pay my bill. Not to bad but wasn’t good either. Food value isn’t it. You’ll pay 30 dollars for something that’s worth 13 and only feeds 2 people. Not good for group value trust !

   Horrible experience. A reservation for a work team outing event was made, and pre purchase of their EDP deal was pre purchased as well. When we arrived our reservation had been given away to a different party, we were told they had closed down one side of the dinning area. They expected us to leave but we were in a group, so we asked if they can please seat us. They sat us at part of somebodies else’s reservation. Our group was split up as well. Even then we took the tables and were ready to order our pre purchased meals. They then proceeded to not honor them, because they said they had a specific menu that day for game day. We asked to speak to a manager , we waited 30 minutes for him to get to our table. When Jacob, the manager arrived . We explained our situation, he was very non carrying and unprofessional. He did absolutely nothing to accommodate or give us options for a solution to the problem. He said that was the menu they had. I understood maybe he couldn’t do anything about the menu, so I asked if we could then get a refund for what we pre purchased, or get credit so then we could order of the “game day menu” . He said no, and to get a refund from customer service. At this point we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. At no point did the manager apologize for not having our reservation, or the any of the other issues. The following day, we tried to reach out to customer service, but they seem to be non existent. And have yet to get a hold of them to get a refund for the combos we did not get to use. We were a group of managers, so we understood there’s only so much he was able to do, but he was rude and all he kept doing was nodding his head and not once did he apologize for the inconvenience.

   Food and service were great. Awesome to be able to reserve a table with a big event going on. Very loud inside obviously with music and games and tvs on. Not a great place for small kids or people with hearing aids. Otherwise a fun place with good food!

   Server was amazing she was very attentive and helpful. Reservation was pointless they do not set up a table / accommodate for one we arrived and were told it is open seating choose anywhere and heave a seat I don’t understand the need to reserve with credit card or this is the form of reservation they use pretty much a walk in disappointed in that regard

   I made a reservation because it was my daughter's birthday. We stood in line at the front for 30min the dinning room was closed, and when the front person was finally available, she said it's open seating. Just find anywhere.... what's the point of a reservation if you aren't prepared to accommodate. Our waiter was doing his best, but he was stretched thin. Our food was okay, not the greatest.

   We celebrated my 3-year-old daughter’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s in Glendale, and it was fantastic! The server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and polite, making sure everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for a family celebration. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great time!

    Too many kids which makes it very noisy. Enjoyed the food and our waitress.
