   The table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Also, service was horrible. We had to go hunt down the waitress every time we needed something. She never came over and checked on us at all. Overall, it was NOT a good experience for having a birthday party. I thought I had everything taken care of by reserving a table and confirming the day before that the party was still taken place.

   Electrics in the bathroom need to be fixed (toilet wouldn’t flush and water for sink wouldn’t turn on unless I completely covered the black spot with my hand). Server barely came to check on us and 2 of the 3 salads ordered were gross.

   We had a great time. I was there with 3 children. We were seated quickly. Kristi was very attentive. We put the kids order in first and the wait wasn’t long. The portions were good sized. The food was hot and everyone liked their meal. It was loud with lots of parties around us. It was exactly what we expected. We would go back.

   Our waiter could’ve been more attentive. For a party of 13 he didn’t check on us very much & a couple times I had to go to the bar for drinks. The food was great and the games were awesome!! Every game was on and ready to be played!

   We celebrated my son’s birthday and he chose D&B so that his nieces could have fun. It was a little to loud and crazy but that’s why he chose it.

   I made a reservation for a group of 20 at 7:15 several days ahead of time. Our entire party showed up at just before 7:15 and we were told we were now on the wait list for 1-1,5 hours. I showed the very unpleasant lady my confirmation code to which she responded, you booked with open table and so did 70 other people tonight, plus walkins so these reservations are not guaranteed…. I’m sorry what?? Then what is the point of having a confirmed reservation if it’s not guaranteed. We will look for other options when hosting groups in the future as evidently you don’t want business very bad if this is how you treat people. We could have prepared a plan B had we known this in reality was a giant waste of time.

    Terrible. We made reservations through OpenTable and they don’t honor them. Once you arrive they take you name down and the time starts then. Food was mediocre and the staff was subpar. Will not be back.

    Food quality and proportions are pathetic at best especially for the price. Very loud in dining making it hard to converse. Poor service. Sat over an hour after we finished eating waiting on the check. We go for all family birthdays but the quality continues to decline. Will eat elsewhere before coming to play games going forward.

    We went in to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and a young lady named Leah was our server. Although she was nice (when she was around), she was simply not a good server. The food took over an hour to come out. The place was not busy for a Friday night (3/17/23). She brought my daughter's food out 30 minutes prior to the rest of the table (and a food runner brought that). It took another 15 minutes just to get ranch for her now cold meal. The four others at the table watched her eat. I finally flagged down a male manager who did not give a crap at all. The food quality was mediocre but could have been saved by a more attentive and caring staff. They did nothing to commemorate my daughters birthday. The didn't even acknowledge it or say happy birthday. Nothing. This place was a huge disappointment. Another couple had been seated 20 minutes after us and ordered, got their food, and left, before we even got our meals. The manage made excuses and did nothing for us when it came time to pay. We literally order wings and a burger. Ridiculous. I won't make this mistake again and plan to Yelp on it too.

    Food was barely above room temp, lettuce in my salad was brown, chicken was chewy, we had to request refills, so much garlic powder on the top of our appetizer they were inedible, & they never cleared used dishes off our table. The restaurant was not busy, so mediocre service was inexcusable. The kids had fun playing games, next time we will eat else where before letting them come play games.

    The food was cold and horrible took an hour to get 3 appetizers. Half our food came 30 minutes before the other half and was all cold. The manager looked like he had no clue what was going on. Our bill was wrong 3 times. Will not go back

    Service was awful, I know they were busy but it took forever for us to get a server. She never ended up checking back on the table after receiving food. So nobody had gotten refills and our food was all very cold once it arrived. When telling the manager it was cold, he didn’t have much to say and didn’t do anything about it. Would return to play games, but definitely not paying for the food again. Awful food and service.

    We went to eat dinner and it took about 15 minutes to even get someone to take out order. We got our food and it was warm but not great quality. :( I would recommend for Games and enjoying arcade games but not the food.

    I made a reservation for Me and my nephew for his birthday. When we got there no one was eager to meet us so we had to go find someone, they sat us at a big family booth when I saw perfectly good two person booths. Our waitress either was new or didn't care about being there because she was not good at all. The games we were excited to play when we got there were broke down and didn't get fixed the whole time we were there. It was just a lousy experience. Won't be back to that location

    We had a great time at the Florence, KY Dave & Buster's. Believe it or not, it was our server Josh's FIRST DAY. He did an excellent job, we were more that happy to give him a GOOD tip. We'll be back in a couple months for another birthday.

    When we got our play cards( we brought our own 3) we asked to split on the 3 cards. Was told it was fine. And then he put it all one one card and said nothing he could do and we should have told him at the beginning. Which we did. But whatever. He was just rude. Then just walked away from the front. Our plates at our table were disgusting. But the server we had was awesome and took care of everything.
