Horrible experience for my son’s 11th birthday. We had a reservation at 1pm. We anreived ant 12:50 annd were told “we would have to wait for our table” and were not sat at the table until 2:30pm. Food was dry and service was poor and slow. We waited another hour and half for food. Finally got the bill at 4:30pm. When my son went to the prize room a staff member told him he had 4,900 points to spend when he waited in line with his prize he was then told “oh I’m sorry I told you wrong, you actually have 2,900 points” the place was dirty and trash/ ash tray was over flowing my and littering the ground in front of the doors. We will not be coming back and will be making a point to tell everyone we know how terrible our very first experience was. What a shame we spent $300 for such a let down.

Have never been here before, but the host and our server showed great hospitality. We went on a Monday around happy hour and they had great deals. Their wings are phenomenal, super saucy and crispy. They had a variety of different games, overall my group had fun. We will definitely come back!

Ideal place to go to dine for those that are in the company of people who are restless. Lots of games to play while waiting for food. Wait staff are very nice and accommodating.

Took a few extra minutes to get our reserved table set up but once we were able to sit we had a lot of fun! Our waiter was so fun, friendly and made sure our whole group was taken care of. We initially had 12 but ended up with 16 of us and he never missed a beat! The noise level was a bit much but the staff had no problem turning off the speaker above us and we truly appreciated that! We will be back!

First time at the new Dave and Busters in West Des Moines. We had a reservation for 12 of us. Everything was great!! It was very busy! Our server was amazing! The kids and adults had a great time! Thank you :)

Was an issue with the cards the server was insistent that we buy game cards through her with our meal. I was there with my girlfriend for Veterans Day. Later I found out why the gratuity from the cards goes towards the check. So if you just select the lowest amount it’s still 18% gratuity. I won’t fall for it again and we had issues with the vet day deal getting in there etc.. so I over spent $35 in the end I guess I have a card to come back..

Extremely small compared to other Dave and Buster’s we have been to where game area and restaurant are not separated. As a result, crowded and extremely loud to the point where it was difficult to have a conversation. Food was subpar and expensive. Kids game were also overpriced.

I wasn't impressed with my meal. If I'm ordering a chicken sandwich there should be more chicken then bread. I asked for no guacamole and it was on there.

Great place for the family! For kids of all ages and lots of different games but be prepared to spend some money on the games as well as time to play them and spend tickets!

1st waitress really tried to convince us that the beer she gave us is in ipa. We got a 2nd waitress that was great. Overall a great time. Your arcade employees were also great. We will be back

Restaurant was busy and noisy, which is expected from a gaming restaurant, after we got seated, waiter came over was very polite, friendly helpful we placed our order. We waited about 30 minutes for a food to arrive, which the restaurant was really busy, but the food was cold, starting with buffalo wings and fries.

Dave and busters is not the place you want to go to have a conversation with someone. The noise level is far too high to hear anyone sitting anywhere but next to you.

We loved the great customer service from the manager himself. He and his staff took the time to make room so that our friends and family oils be together to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They really went overboard to make us feel comfortable and wanted there. Best Place Wvwr!!!🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️

The service took quite a while. I know we had a large group but it took two plus hours before we got food. Also couple orders were wrong. It got fixed but made it take longer. Our waitress was very nice though and very helpful! My biggest complaint is the noise level, you should definitely have a wall or plexiglass or something to separate food area and game area. Also the food taking so long was a bit annoying for our kids mostly. But after the food was done the arcade was fun and I the kids liked being able to shop like a real store and way more options on prizes then any place I’ve seen!

Our 1st time there and on a date night, it was so fun. Only complaint is not being able to go play while we waiting on our food to come the the table. The point systems for games was odd, why not keep it simple? Thank you

Food was cold, overpriced, and didn't taste well made. My waitress was professional, but seemed over worked rarely seen her. Advertising made me believe that the environment was more adult, but it seemed like there were 2 children for every adult.

We arrived on time for our reservation and still had to wait for 15 minutes even though there were several clean tables in sight. Our server blatantly ignored us. We asked 4 separate times for water before going to the bar to get it ourselves. The quality of food and drinks were very inconsistent. When we finally received our two orders of truffle fries after waiting an hour, one was decent while the other was completely saturated with grease. We left before our other items could even make it to the table, it was just taking way too long. We had to track down the manager to even pay, he accommodated us the best he could.

Flasks?!?!? as a prize in a CHILDRENS arcade? REALLY?!?!? not appropriate. Food was lacking flavor and was overpriced. Boneless wings and it was chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds? Need to have an area and or allow adults to stay at the tables while children play in arcade.

The service was awful. Ordered a round of drinks and we waited 20 mins to get them and they forgot half of the drinks. I get it’s a arcade, but it is so loud in there. They need to turn the tvs or some of the games down.

We enjoyed our time here on a Thursday night. We came to watch football, play some games, and celebrate my son’s birthday. We didn’t get food just drinks and dessert. The chocolate cake was pretty tasty and a big portion that was shared amongst our family of 4. Our server was attentive with beverages. Glad to have this new entertainment option.

The service was great. Michele our wait staff, was an awesome, attentive caring and funny. She made our game day experience an awesome one. Even though our team loss. Would defiantly recommended going there for your football games.

Extremely loud to an uncomfortable level. The french fries were great, but entrees were not good at all. Cold checking on a sandwich. Server could not answer basic questions about the menu. Should have realized this is a arcade and had dinner before we came in for the games.
