   As far as service goes, our waitress was really nice and patient with us. She made sure we had everything we needed, whether it be drinks,food,etc etc. For the food, I would recommend getting the pasta or maybe a salad. My siblings got tenders, and the plate was not enough to fill anyone up unless you want a snack. The crispy Hawaiian chicken sandwich was pretty big, along with the nachos. If you get the pretzel dogs, order 2 because they only give you 4 or five pretzel dogs on your plate.

   Waitress was VERY new and couldn’t answer a lot of our questions, manager stepped in and helped. That was nice. Took a while to get our drinks but then they came and food came and it was good and hot. Overall very decent night!

   Slow service even with reservations. Waitress literally forget about us. Good was cold and we did not eat when the food finally arrived 1.5 ours after we were seated.

   You arrive with reservation and no one is there to seat you. Takes then forever to actually come over to you and take your order. I saw another family leave because no one came. Best option grab whoever walks by.

   Our table reservation for 12 only fit about 8 people. Our waitress had zero customer service skills or personality. She didn't smile once or ask if we needed anything. We waited about 30 minutes before even getting our drink order taken.

    Place was pretty empty. No-one at the hostess both upon arriving and when they did show up, they couldn’t seat us because they didn’t have there tablet. We (two of us)were asked to wait 10 minutes until the shift change happened. Waited 20 and are seated at a table that you could rock back and forth with one finger. The table next to us was complaining to the waitress about how long it took for their food to arrive. We never saw our waitress. After about 45 minutes total in a basically empty restaurant, we left. Couldn’t tell you how the food was, only that the service was non existent. Maybe they are short staffed but that is still not an excuse for the incompetence.

    Very friendly and professional staff. Took FOREVER to get the food and when it did come it was very COLD 12 of us. they forgot 2 meals. 1 came out before the appetizers did. 2 hour wait on the others.

    We didn’t get our drinks until after the food came. We didn’t get an appetizer and a side of fries until everything else was finished. There was no comp or sorry from management. Do not recommend the food and drink service.

    Service was horrible I reserved at 12:30 sat down ordered drinks and appitezers 1:15 got drinks at 1:45 never got appetizers an we left at 2:20

    We arrived at Dave busters and they were not aware of a table being reserved….states they did not use that system…then why is it on the website…beer was over priced….things not in order…waitress not knowledgeable of drinks offered

    Service was very slow, took more than 15 mins for our drink orders to be taken. Food took about an hour to come out and was ok. The bowling ally was extremely understaffed and half the lanes were broken. Our lane broke in the middle of the game.

    Never got a table. Had a reservation and was told it would be an hour while 3/4 of tables were empty. Finally got a call at 11:00 back in the hotel room asking if I still wanted the table. Obviously they had no workers

    Due to short staff we did not get our reservation. Food was great but the server was not very attentive and there was no one to take our order, we had to use the app. Even though there were some hiccups in the beginning everything was good. Food was great and the night was a great celebration.

    The dining area staff needs training or more people. Had a party of 10. Took 20 mins for drinks. All ordered at the same time however the food came out first for three people 2nd for 4 more 3 2 more, however one person didn’t get their food until everyone else had eaten. No one received refills. I will not be coming back to dine at that establishment.

    When I informed the check-in counter that I had a reservation, the contacted the Manager directly. He was friendly and ushered us to the Hostess for seating. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Our waitress was on point and never let our beverages fall empty. Having the dining area apart from the games was great, but it was easily locatable for the kids to navigate back to the table.

    Do not come here there is barley any workers and the workers that are there are working hard to keep it together but this place is clearly lost it’s self and needs more workers. I watched a young bus boy smell smell a drink on a table ( to see if it’s alcohol I would assume) and he chugged it. Service took forever even though there wasn’t a lot of people eating. No one in the bowling alley couldn’t get any service there at all. This place is Just unorganized. I had a reservation but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. This place is also full of ghettos it’s pretty scary to even be here as well.

    We had a pretty large group of 19. We were only given 1 server for our party. We arrived at 5pm, seated at 5:15, received our drinks and appetizers at 6pm. Our meals didn't arrive until well after 7pm. The server basically couldn't handle such a large group on her own. We asked for a manager and the manager came rather quickly and immediately seemed annoyed when we informed her of the subpar service and cold entrees that had just been placed on our table. The manager told us that if she had known the we were only given one server that she would have helped out, but as the manager we felt she should have known.

    Waited for someone to come so we could check in for almost 15mins. Then was told we could sit anywhere. Went to one sec and was told it was closed, went to the back bar and was told they were closed and we had to order up front. The drinks were watered down, food was cold, and No service what so ever!!!
