We celebrated our grandson’s 4th Birthday with a group of 14 family members and Hannah was amazing and took such great care of us!!! And we had 4 little ones in the group. Everyone had so much fun and the food was also very tasty. Fun Times!!!!

I reserved a table notating that it was my 14 year old son's birthday. I received no accommodations for his birthday, meaning there was no desert of celebration for him . He had his "first" girlfriend with him and we had a decent sized party so i didn't want to embarrass him by asking in front of him. There were no kids menus (if there were, they were not offered) we had 3 under 8 so that was a big bust. The server was very personable so that was a plus. Half the games did NOT work which ultimately wasted our chips. The game area was a pretty small area which was kind of a pain when navigating through with a stroller and kiddos. Don't think we will be going back.

Food was mediocre. One entree ( at a table of 6) had to be sent back as it was not warm/hot. Another entree was not as the server had described (server stated 4 chicken tenders were on the entree, it was served with only 3 tenders) Had to request left over containers multiple times before server brought them to the table. Value does not match the price charged.

Celebrated a birthday there. They were out of salads and anything you need an oven for. No pizzas basically very limited menu. Our server was not attentive and I had to go up front to ask for the check to pay. It was very disappointing.

Went there with my extended family to celebrate two birthdays. Very good place for kids birthdays. Only downside was that they were very busy so the service was a bit slow. However the waiter was extremely nice and attentive. My food was okay (fish and chips). Everyone else seemed to like theirs.

Food was a bit overpriced for what you get. Our server was not good. It took a long time to get our order taken. There were very few diners, no more than 2 other tables so the server wasn’t busy with other tables. Dining room is fairly open so we would have been able to tell if that was the case. When she did speak to us to find out how everything was she was pretty much yelling from the other side of the room rather than walking over to check on us. When asked for refills she didn’t really respond to the request which made us feel as if we were annoying her. Kids had fun in the arcade…at least there was that.

Our server was fantastic and our food came out very timely. The only thing that was disappointing at first was when we got there for our reservation time it took an additional 30 minutes to get tables ready and get seated. I understood the limitations of booking for a large party but it would've been nice to know that our reservation time was more like a guess than a solid time.
