    Everything from the moment I stepped in the doors was excellent. Our waitress was excellent and stayed on top of everyone’s drinks and made sure everyone was good.

    Originally reserved a table for 5 people but asked if they could accommodate 10, they did. The waitress India was the very best!!! She was very attentive and her customer service was immaculate!!! We had a party of 20 over all but everything worked at perfectly.

    Awfull… bartender was the worse! Brought a hot cider and cold mug. Told my wife , sorry it is not cold. Argued for replacement . Waits to get seated, slow food…

    Food took over an hour and was dried out and tasted like it was under a heat lamp for a long time. Video games are always fun for our kids and Dave and Busters does do a good job with that part. Although some of the games were broken and we lost money by swiping our card. This is our second location we tried and at both the food was horrible. We just will plan to eat before or after for next time.

    The service was extremely slow it took well over an hour to receive our food and there was only three tables having dinner. Once I did receive my dinner is was extremely salty and over cooked.

    The service was very slow, they sporadically brought out our food so some of our group were done eating when some of the others got their food. Everyone was sharing food until they got theirs.

    Went here as it was my daughter's 19th birthday and this was were she decided to go. There wasn't a long wait once we ordered our food. And the food was good. Overall the birthday girl and her party had a wonderful time.

    Great place to let kids unwind!!! Food was great too! I recommend the American Cheeseburger & Lemon Pepper bone in wings!! Also, make reservations the place is busy and the line is long for walk ins!!!

    Wonderful family place; well worth it! Food staff is friendly however the time it takes to receive the food is way too long, especially in a restaurant that doubles as an arcade.

    They were not very busy when we arrived. When we asked for our reservation, they pointed to the room and said,"y'all are in there". We sat for 40 minutes as our party arrived. Being right next to the kitchen door seemed like SOMEONE would have acknowledged us, but never even got a greeting, beverage, or a head nod. Management, cleaners, and servers alike. I will NEVER reserve here again. Played games for 20 minutes and left.

    Possibly the worst table service I’ve ever experienced. Made reservations and we arrived promptly at 6:30 and were seated immediately. Ordered starters and drinks. At 6:45 still no drinks or starters, but server took our orders for entrees. Drinks didn’t arrive until 7:15. Starters didn’t arrived till 7:25. First person’s side dish arrived at 7:30. First and second person’s entrees didn’t arrive until nearly 8:00, but not the other entrees. Third and fourth person’s entrees didn’t arrive until 8:15 (cold). Fifth and sixth person’s entrees didn’t arrive until 8:25 (cold). Last two entrees never arrived. We left at 8:30. And to top it all off, the server had a bad attitude. The Manager was apologetic and said he took 50% off. The food was mediocre at best, and overpriced even with 50% off. I had a $15 cheeseburger and McDonald’s is better.

    For my son's birthday, I reserved a table for 15. However only 10 people showed. I knew guest would stagger in so everyone ordered at different times. The waiter did his best! But the kitchen....I ordered creole shrimp dip that took 45 min to get. I ordered a 2nd one 15min before getting the 1st and that took an additional 30 min. Then I ordered 2 drinks and two orders of boneless wings and that took 45 min (not the drinks). To add insult to injury, my food wasn't piping hot. I don't mind waiting for food that is hot, fresh and tasty but it was the opposite. I was curious as to why it was taking so long because, compared to previous visits, it wasn't busy. My guests enjoyed the arcade but was definitely disappointed in the food. If we return it won't be for food.

    It was horrible! Took forever to be seated. Then we were forgotten, no one ever came to take our order or give a menu for that matter. Im a nurse, so i understand being short staffed(trust me!) But, being short staffed you make up a better system.I can understand the service may be slower. But, this service was RUDE and nonexistent.

    Reservation for 5:30, didn't get seated until 5:50. Waited over an hour for our food once ordered. People who arrived after us got food before us. Empty cups with no refills. Asked for no mushrooms, got mushrooms anyway. Tiny shreds of chicken on sandwich, not full piece of chicken. Horrible.

    I went there on the weekend a Saturday and it was a busy day. My daughter ordered a burger they cooked it well and over cooked till it burnt . I order nachos it then an hour and half to get that order fix correctly. They adjusted the bill and we left out there .

    The overall experience was fun as we were there for a birthday. Unfortunately the food was not good. My chicken in my wrap was raw and undercooked. I will never eat there again.

    Service was ok. Server was pleasant but everything took forever to get. Drinks, food and refills on drinks. Food was mediocre at best. You don't go to play video games and expect gourmet food but it was pretty bad.

    The server was great. We had a really good time playing the games. Smaller than other D&B I been to but we enjoyed ourselves. Food was not so great. I ordered the French dip which had no meat on it. My kids ordered hot and bbq chicken tenders and they only had sauce on one side. My French dip came out 20-25 minutes after everyone’s else food as well

    This is a sports bar type restaurant. Ate some tasty food while watching the Monday Night football game at the bar. The restrooms were clean. The servers were nice, and the service was outstanding. I would eat her again.

    Made reservation and was told the table was being cleaned. It took 1/2 hour to be seated, another 15 minutes for someone to get us drinks. The waitress was sweet however the long periods of time between checking in, getting the check and leaving

    I cant believe they had the nerve to serve brown and wilted celery! Just say you dont have it, dont put it on our plates. I thought that would be the worst of it until they brought out the wilted salad they tried to disguise with salad dressing. I wont be eating there again. Too expensive and I barely ate because the food just wasnt good, nor did it look appetizing.

    The food was prepared cold and the service was subpar at best, they kept bringing other tables food to our table and we kept having to flag waiters down to order. Never got refills and most of us at our party didn’t order because of the wait

    I reserved a table for my sons 6th birthday, requested them to sing and bring out a cake but they didn’t do either one. My son was highly disappointed. Also the appetizer was super cold the first time they brought it out. Food wasn’t too appeasing for the main course either. Must’ve been a bad day.

    We had reservations for 7pm for 15 we were seated at 830pm received our food at 10pm. Staffed attempted to overlook us and say they are waiting on the table to be cleaned versus addressing us directly

    Dave & Buster's was a horrible experience. They had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about my reservations. There was no organization to the reservation area. They told me I could sit anywhere and then when the waitress showed up she seemed confused. Service was terrible food was terrible 10 out of 10 will not go back
