   Our table of 3 was on a Sunday at 1:30 pm. The restaurant area was not busy but we waited for over 15 minutes for our order to be taken. My grandson’s Kid Menu pizza came 15 minutes prior to any other food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the menu stating that instead of a bun, the sandwich could come on a bed of lettuce. I chose that option and was told that was not available. That did not make any sense-they have lettuce ! The food was just fair overall. The games were expensive and overall difficult to understand at times or even to figure out how to begin. We will not be going there again.

   A lot of things were out of stock. The waitress kept disappearing. Never checked on us or refilled our drinks or anything. I was charged incorrectly for some of my items and it was just a bad time all around for what it cost. Didn’t have the time to discuss the issue/situation in person or else I would have.

   Food was really good ! We arrived for our reservation and the hostess on shift that day said ok and disappeared on us . We were waiting for 10 minutes then the manager asked if we were being helped and we told him what happened and he had someone else sit us . Come to find out she went to the bathroom and forgot she had to sit us . The waitress was super nice and we really enjoyed our time with her !

   Probably will never eat here again if I have the choice. We waited 13 minutes for a server to even say hello to us, let alone come back and take a drink or food order, and the tablet thing the servers use barely worked and kept freezing. We ordered a certain flavor of drink and were told “oh it’ll say something else on the receipt bc that button is broken on our tablet, but we’ll make sure the correct flavor comes out.” We tried to order what we thought were two basic beers, miller and corona, and even though they were listed on the menu, they didn’t have them. The food was…. Fine? The flavor on the dry rub wings was very good, but besides that everything else was just fine. We got wings, mini burgers, BBQ flatbread pizza, mini hotdogs, and mozz sticks, and I don’t think anything was worth finishing except the wings. The server as a person was very nice, but the experience, service, and food quality was not it. When spending $200 on dinner for four adults and two kids , I expect things to be very good, not just so-so. I wasn’t even expecting excellent or amazing, just very good, and it did not live up to the hype for the price we paid.

   Very upset with your kiosk, 3 of them did not work when recharge grandson cards had to go up top and when came back they had to start at level one due to not getting card in on time!

   Got seated, took a while to get our drink order. Took forever to get our drinks. Then took forever to take our food order. Got our food finally. No napkins or silverware, no refills, finally got 1 fork and some drink napkins. Finally got refills for the kids and hubby but didn’t even hear me when I said I wanted a refill also. Took forever to get bill and didn’t even give us an option to buy credits or tokens, whatever they are called. Finally got to play games but some were run down and couldn’t play. The vr game would have been cool if a family didn’t hog it for more than 20 min and then finally getting to play and the headset was falling apart, the eye piece was falling off and I had to hold the headset with one hand and shoot with the other cause it wouldn’t stay on. Just was very disappointed with our one night out with just my son. We were trying to have a special day cause his sister was at a sleep over and we don’t get to spend one on one with him anymore but it turned out to be a very disappointing disaster thanks for nothing

   The worst service I have had in a very long time. I think the server was new, but not her fault. Either needed more training or less tables. Waited at least 20 minutes for drinks twice. Had to re-order things before they came. Had no cutlery when our food was delivered. Had to ask a second time for cutlery so we could eat our food. And she was very unknowledgable about the beer and the menu and the prices specifically of the beer. The food was quite tasty and the salmon power bowl was specifically great. TVs r plentiful - great sports and all the games were fun.

   I understand it was V-Day but it was excessively noisy and the food took a little longer than expected. The server was good. Very helpful. Also when I arrived I had to wait for a table during my reservation which was unpleasant. The party that was on going next to me was ridiculously loud. I feel that they should have a room in the back or have it separated so that the other side noise doesn’t bother other guests. There was two other guests who were extremely irritated but never complained.

   Food and service was terrible. Kris our waitress only came back to our table once and that was because we flagged another waitress to go get her.

    Orders were suggested to be taken by player number but then they declined and wanted individually but then gave numbers out randomly and then once food arrived the server did not know who it was for!!! Customers charged incorrectly and move than the food ordered. Kids over all over the place. It was horrible. Would have rather went to Cheesecake Factory or steakhouse.
