   The waitress was very accommodating but for the first time being there it was a total disaster. The front desk person who checked is in was very rude. The food came out cold and had to send it back. Just an overall bad experience for our first visit

   Server was bordering on rude. After waiting 30+ min for our app when we asked the status she said that the whole section was sat at once so it was backed up but that nachos don’t take long so they would be out soon. Except 15-20min later she said the exact line to the next table over. Would have rather she’d been up front so we would know the expected wait from the beginning.

   Not the same as our first visit, then again it was a different state. Food was over priced for a fast food offering. Not impressed at all. Service was slow yet hospitality was pleasant. I suppose things are different from state to state. Pennsylvania vs Alabama, day and night in service and meals.

   We waited over an hour and asked twice before anyone even took our drink orders. One person’s burger was brought out without anything on the buns—literally just two pieces of bread. All of our food was brought out at drastically different times with several people having to inquire multiple times before being brought their orders and then it was still incorrect. Our waitress was so kind but the whole thing was just an absolute mess. The bathrooms were disgusting. Lots of people loitering around the front doors outside, and it felt unsafe. Overall, there was literally nothing positive about the experience except that we got to spend time with people we love.

   Experienced a power outage. None of the games were able to connect to the internet after I purchased $150 in gaming tokens/coins. We waited, patiently, for 45 minutes. I inquired about a refund since I had just purchased the e-card 5 minutes prior to the power outage. They informed me since the pier was on, but the internet wasn’t connected, there wasn’t anything they could do. My son was upset, he loves arcades and I felt duped for spending $150 on gaming cards that were useless. We live more than a hour away from the nearest Dave and busters, I can’t make time to travel back another weekend, the cards are pointless. Great reminder of a waster of $150 though.

   It allowed me to set reservations here on OpenTable, but when we got to the restaurant, it was first come first serve seating. There were people that sat there the entire two hours without eating. Only half the restaurant was open. We never got to order food.

    When we arrived, we were told that they do not take reservations and it is first come first served. Strange, since I was able to make a reservation here. We sat down at a table for 6 by the bar. After about 10 minutes, a waitress finally stopped and asked if we'd been helped. She took our drink order and brought us water. NO ONE came back or spoke to us for 20 minutes... during this time, we were sitting directly across from the bar where two people were making drinks and 4 others were literally standing around doing NOTHING. We looked around, tried to flag someone down, and were completely ignored. We finally decided we were tired of waiting and got up and left. At that point, the waitress who brought us our drinks stuttered some unintelligible words on our way out. No apology. No I'll be right with you. No nothing. I would add, it was busy, but not terribly so. I used to work as a waitress so I get being busy, but I do NOT get ignoring customers you can clearly see while you're hanging around the bar chit chatting with your co-workers and laughing it up instead of actually working. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

    Service was terrible. Couldn’t find anyone in charge? Made reservations only to be told they don’t take reservations on Saturday! Maybe someone should tell your online reservation service.

    We booked a reservation on OpenTable, but there was no hostess and we were told it was first come first serve. So, we had to wait about an hour for people to leave and beat out other people waiting to get a table.

    Cleaner and better organized than most D&B I've been to. Great service from the moment we hit the door until we left. Food was really good and prompt, even though we went at peak time during the holiday season. Would recommend and plan on visiting again.

    We were on our honeymoon, the food was so good and the arcade part was nice as well. The service just wasn’t the best, we waited 10 mins to be seated with a reservation (the host was not at the front), it took 15 or more mins to finally get our server. The server was really nice, I know it wasn’t her fault but waiting all that time really almost made us not want to go back.

    Some of the worst service at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I had to get a manager just to get a menu. I had to get a manager again to find a server to take my order. The server never came back to my table after taking my order. Then they wanted an 18% gratuity tip. Daven busters is a bust. Over priced and really poor service. Will not be visiting again.

    We came for my husbands birthday most of us our first time. The server was great she was always checking on us. the food took awhile but it was great good food. We did have a great time and we’ll be back for sure wasn’t ok busy and easy to get to all the games we wanted!!

    They were very disorganized seating tables. There were 3 people doing the seating charts and they could not agree and it just looked so unprofessional and unorganized. Other employees had good ideas but the main lady working it would not take their advice. Our waiter was strange. Seemed to be on some type of drug and was just acting weird.

    Area where we were finally seated was dirty. Napkins and food all over floor. All the tables dirty. Hostess walked us to table, it was still being cleaned, turns around and says “this is where you’ll sit when he’s done”. Then walks off. Sat down, picked up menu to find cake icing stuck all over table and menu… now all over my son and I. Had to ask for napkins. Was told they were out of paper ones and was given about 6 wet naps. Had to ask another server for silverware when my food was brought out (well after my kids got their wings) Was brought cloth wrapped silverware along with a stack of paper napkins.

    This was our first visit and we will definitely return. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, as I expected a mid quality, typical bar food. we started with the shrimp dip appetizer and it was super yummy! My salmon was actually some of the best i’ve had - flavored and cooked perfectly. We weren’t impressed with the cobb salad wrap or the green beans, but overall a quality experience. The kids had a great time and our waiter was wonderful. we look forward to a return trip soon.

    We went there to play games but decided to eat there as well. When you go in, you can see the restaurant is to the right but they had a sign at the hostess table that said “closed to promote distancing”, but no direction on where to go to be seated. When we were finally seated after asking a staff member, it took about 15 minutes to get our order taken and between the 3 of us at the table, we all got our food brought out 10-15 minutes apart. The first two people were long completed with their meal by the time the 3rd person got their food. I had to get up and get our silverware off another table and had to ask someone who wasn’t our server for drink refills. I would not eat here again.

    Once we were seated it took about 5-10 minutes for someone to come take our order. I thought that we could still order with the QR but no QR was visible on the table, I then ask someone how to order and that’s when we were advised that we had to wait on our waiter/waitress. In the mean time we were being passed by by so any different waiters/waitresses. The manager ended up coming to take our order and then our waiter showed up. After we finally got acknowledged everything else was great.

    Waitress was untrained and not ready. Order was incorrect but the food was good. The manager explained that kids meals are appetizers, which is why it came out before the appetizers. Dinner showed up wrong (Chicken tenders order but wings were brought out) with the appetizer. After everyone was done eating my food finally showed up. Had to go to the bar to get Drink refills; we watch our waitress and staff just chitchat… not going back for food. Maybe just the games (don’t do the 60min unlimited it is not; they limit how often you can use the card so you are limited to 60 possible plays; more like 20 - 30) what a rip off.

    The servers were very on point. They made us feel welcomed and made sure we had what we needed. My wife has continued to say it was a blessing that while using this app were able to come and sit down as soon as we got there from our hotel. It was a very peasant experience.

    Our server Dallas was such a sweetheart & Very attentive! Certain food items were unavailable but there was still plenty of variety on the menu to choose from . There was a lot of foot traffic due to V-day weekend and birthday parties but we were still able to have a great time & experience
