   I'll serve with Jordan was amazing. She was extraordinary with helping my daughter with her birthday. The atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely back again. Clean and lots of games that my daughter enjoyed for her day out.

   It was 430 on the week day so the dining area was dead I told them at had reservations and they were like sit where you want. I asked for a hough chair and a sling for the toddler and infant in tow, and they gave us 2 highchairs a d no slung Neenah they don't have any. The server was highly inattentive never refilled drinks didn't even ask. We were celebrating a birthday and they didn't even care. We ordered an appetizer a d the portion was so small for the price we ate it and left to play games and have fun!

   The place was very packed with many children un attended by a Adult that were way to young to be running around from game to game. The service was very sub par. The waitress barley came to our table to check on us. It was my Sons birthday and were trying to get him a dessert and the waitress never came back to take the order, when she did return we just asked for our check. As as i’m walking out with my 11yr old Son, 5 yr old daughter and Wife we walked out into some type of big fight or gang fight. Literally about 10 vs 10 Girls vs Guys, it didn’t matter. As we were walking to our car ( which the fight had the entire front entrance blocked off by yelling people watching as spectators the Police and White Marsh Mall Security rolled up. Easy to say i will not be attending this Dave and Busters ever again.

   The roof of this location is leaking badly. There are buckets on the floor of the game area as well as very large areas of plastic covering parts of the ceiling. I had to assume the roof has been evaluated for safety, but it was a bit unnerving.

   Place was not busy at all so we decided to sit at the bar, was there for about 10 minutes and no one approached or even acknowledged us so we left, very unhappy about that as we were looking forward to an fun night

   The food is always great we have not been disappointed yet. The service is a little slow usually but I guess that is to be expected because they are always busy.

   It's a fun place far as the games go. But service was kind of lack luster. I think they had the young lady doing to many big groups. Also it's very strange that a place that does parties for kids. Doesn't have real pizza or some kind of large party platter.

   My experience was fantastic thanks to our server! She was absolutely top-notch, attentive, and made everything so much easier. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend her service!

    Got there at time of reservation for 15 people and tables were not ready when we showed up. Server took our drink/app orders, served drinks and disappeared for 45min. Other servers gave us apps. Server came back after talking to two other employees about her missing. She came back, took our orders and disappeared once again. Once we were almost done eating, she came back to ask if any refills were needed and how we wanted the check. There was already a gratuity added to the bill and when we asked what the percent was, she refused to answer and said that she doesn’t get that tip. She was just trying to get us to tip more. Good selection of games but 5 of them took my money twice. I looked for a worker to get them to fix it; however, no employees were around except the guy working the ticket counter and he couldn’t leave that area.
