I had reservations for my son's 10th birthday, party of 9, it took forever for us to get drinks ordered or even get noticed, then once we ordered drinks, most of them water, it took forever to get them served. My son's (Birthday Boy) drink, a sprite came after the food, my parents ordered food first and were served their food when the rest of us were done eating. I went online and got the rewards on my phone for games, and no games would scan my google pay wallet on my phone, we ended up having to speak to a manger who then had to convert my balance on to a physical card, which I didn't want because I wanted my balance on my phone and planned on buying a physical card to let my son play games on his own. I ended up not getting a second card and had to go with him while he played on everything. We weren't even able to play our first game for 45 minutes after we arrived. It was not cool! We loved the games, food was good, but not sure if we'll be back again. It was all of my parties first visit, service was poor and getting to a manager for help with the play card took way too long.

Party of 10 for a birthday celebration. Food was delicious. Service was mediocre. The entrees came out a few at a time, with a fairly long wait for the remaining dishes to be served. Drinks were not refilled until requested twice. The appetizer plates were not cleared, making the table very crowded.

We had the absolute worst server ever. Worst service I have had ever honestly. I don’t remember the servers name but she was tall with long dark hair and wore blue eye contacts. I think at one point after she disappeared for so long she had been crying. She never checked on us. I have 3 kids and I had to get up and walk around to ask for help from other servers. Her service alone made us not want to go back there again. People like that shouldn’t be servers if they don’t appreciate the job and checking on people.

Took my two sons and my dad there, the food was great, my dad is old school so he is not really into that atmosphere, but he really enjoyed himself, the waitress was awesome, and very informative

What we ordered from the drinks to the entree….our first choice of food, none were available. Per the waiter they were out of everyone’s first option. We had to take our cups to ask for refills. And during the entire time there, not one waiter asked if we needed anything. I had to track the waiter for the check…the games were great and we had fun playing.

Great place to get your mind off life and all of the stressful things in life! The food and games are great but the cost of the games is high and hope it stays like the Wednesday half off all week haha it will bring more people which in turns bring more money ! Thanks for the great time always I go to Dave and Buster 2 a week or more and I can say it’s my place to have fun eat and enjoy the company of older people enjoying like there kids !

Ordered chicken tenders thinking they would be a good size! When my food got there it was 3 very thin pieces of chicken! My finger was thicker than the pieces. I had to order wings just to fill me up

This visit was for graduation, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. First off the waiters were EXTREMELY slow. Wouldn’t even come by and ask if everything’s okay, we had to attempt to flag down other bussers to find our waiter. And when she finally came, she was forgetting items in our order, and even brought our order made wrong. When we ordered drinks off the menu, she also forgot to even put in the drink orders which took over 40 minutes to even receive food or drink after ordering more. It was terrible, the manager offered to remake the food order that was messed up, but advised it was “busy” and that’s why service was slow, but as we looked around it was indeed NOT busy. There was numerous open tables, hardly any waiters servicing the people that were there. It was ridiculous, I do not recommend this place to nobody.

The time between ordering food and receiving food was well over 45 minutes. Drink orders were just as bad if not worse. Food and drink orders came out sporadically and staff had to be asked several times about remaining order.

Recently had my daughter’s birthday party there and the staff provided excellent service. Our waitress Jasmine was super patient, accommodating, and polite. We definitely will be back!

All of the food was horrible. The wings are packaged Tyson wings they were under cooked and not crispy. The cauliflower was soggy, fries were cold and not crispy. Over priced drinks that aren't even strong. I spent over $200 on game cards and the kids didn't even get 2 hours of play time. Overall I spent $400 was there less than 2 hours and still had to go buy pizza when I left cause nobody ate. Probably will never return.

Service was great after I had to go find a manager Alex to let him know my table had been sitting for over 20 minutes and no service’s . Alex apologize and took care of us the rest of the night.

Food was good but our tables order was coming out at different times and another large party next to us was getting food like that as well, while we were getting our order. There was only one waitress so it took awhile to get drinks from the bar or refills on sodas. If I am to return, it will not be in a big party.

Was disappointed that they did not have any of their speciality non-alcoholic drinks THAT THEY LIST ON THEIR MENU. You could only order the alcoholic ones and they wouldn’t make any of the alcoholic ones virgin. Their churros were the best ones I have ever tasted in the United States.

Food isn’t very good, comes out fast but i thinks it’s because they don’t make any of it. Everything tasted microwaved and frozen so at least the prices are reasonable. Lots of games and nearly everything is working which is nice. Music is super loud which is kind of annoying. Can barely hear to speak to anyone.

Our server explained their specials and what most people order she gave us some time since we had more people coming. The manager came out as well to greet us. The food was good. That’s new BBQ chicken flatbread was delicious.

Fun place to go if you enjoy some video games or want to watch the game on TV. Our server Kialee was awesome and she was especially helpful since it was our first visit. The place is overwhelmingly loud at first, but after about ten minutes you settle in and it isn’t bad. Fun mix of games, my Wife and I found several games we enjoyed especially the axe throwing game!

The food took very long to arrive. There were multiple tables that ordered way after we did and they got their food a lot sooner than we did. The food was cold and some of the meals were overcooked. We never got a refill once.
