   Ordered chicken tenders thinking they would be a good size! When my food got there it was 3 very thin pieces of chicken! My finger was thicker than the pieces. I had to order wings just to fill me up

   This visit was for graduation, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. First off the waiters were EXTREMELY slow. Wouldn’t even come by and ask if everything’s okay, we had to attempt to flag down other bussers to find our waiter. And when she finally came, she was forgetting items in our order, and even brought our order made wrong. When we ordered drinks off the menu, she also forgot to even put in the drink orders which took over 40 minutes to even receive food or drink after ordering more. It was terrible, the manager offered to remake the food order that was messed up, but advised it was “busy” and that’s why service was slow, but as we looked around it was indeed NOT busy. There was numerous open tables, hardly any waiters servicing the people that were there. It was ridiculous, I do not recommend this place to nobody.

   The time between ordering food and receiving food was well over 45 minutes. Drink orders were just as bad if not worse. Food and drink orders came out sporadically and staff had to be asked several times about remaining order.

   This is my first time visiting this location as it is newer to the area. The staff is friendly, food was good, and games were fun to play. I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

   Recently had my daughter’s birthday party there and the staff provided excellent service. Our waitress Jasmine was super patient, accommodating, and polite. We definitely will be back!

   All of the food was horrible. The wings are packaged Tyson wings they were under cooked and not crispy. The cauliflower was soggy, fries were cold and not crispy. Over priced drinks that aren't even strong. I spent over $200 on game cards and the kids didn't even get 2 hours of play time. Overall I spent $400 was there less than 2 hours and still had to go buy pizza when I left cause nobody ate. Probably will never return.

   Service was great after I had to go find a manager Alex to let him know my table had been sitting for over 20 minutes and no service’s . Alex apologize and took care of us the rest of the night.

    Food was good but our tables order was coming out at different times and another large party next to us was getting food like that as well, while we were getting our order. There was only one waitress so it took awhile to get drinks from the bar or refills on sodas. If I am to return, it will not be in a big party.

    Was disappointed that they did not have any of their speciality non-alcoholic drinks THAT THEY LIST ON THEIR MENU. You could only order the alcoholic ones and they wouldn’t make any of the alcoholic ones virgin. Their churros were the best ones I have ever tasted in the United States.

    Food isn’t very good, comes out fast but i thinks it’s because they don’t make any of it. Everything tasted microwaved and frozen so at least the prices are reasonable. Lots of games and nearly everything is working which is nice. Music is super loud which is kind of annoying. Can barely hear to speak to anyone.

    Our server explained their specials and what most people order she gave us some time since we had more people coming. The manager came out as well to greet us. The food was good. That’s new BBQ chicken flatbread was delicious.

    Fun place to go if you enjoy some video games or want to watch the game on TV. Our server Kialee was awesome and she was especially helpful since it was our first visit. The place is overwhelmingly loud at first, but after about ten minutes you settle in and it isn’t bad. Fun mix of games, my Wife and I found several games we enjoyed especially the axe throwing game!

    The food took very long to arrive. There were multiple tables that ordered way after we did and they got their food a lot sooner than we did. The food was cold and some of the meals were overcooked. We never got a refill once.

    Had a group of 4 made reservations everyone was getting sited but us. 25 minutes after getting seated we didn’t even get a menu or a waitress. We had to go ask the hostess for the menu and a waitress. Such a bad experience. We ended up leaving hungry and disappointed!!

    I made reservations for my sons birthday, I ended up having way more people there than I expected. Staff accommodated my party, which was generous. However, there was only one waiter taking orders for my party. Nonetheless, she seemed extremely overwhelmed which is understandable, but this lead to ignoring people request and a lot of eye rolling. I talked with a person who appeared to be the manager and asked for an additional server due to her seeming overwhelmed. The server ended up walking out on our party, which resulted in a lot of my quest not getting any of there orders, not even a simple cup of water. I do appreciate the servers who tried their best to pick up where she went wrong and assuring a pleasant experience. Overall, this wasn’t the first time I’ve heard stories in this nature. However I took my chances and was disappointed as well.

    I think the waitress had too many tables, as some food was wrong, drinks were not available that were showing available, it was WAY to noisy and the environment was just overall not great. Appetizers looked way better than the food we got. If you go, order off the appetizer menu.

    We came to watch the 49ers and eagles , it was a great experience and we absolutely loved the server , the only thing I don’t like about Dave and busters is the servers don’t get to keep the tips for themselves , my table had 4 tabs and we basically tipped him good bc we thought he was gonna kept it for himself he said that those tips get spilt between everybody which I don’t find fair because those people are getting tips for a service they didn’t help us with and the other thing was I had a reservation for 4 and it ended up turning into a party of 8 and nobody would help us and let us move to a bigger table so we were pretty much all piled up at a 4 seater table but the overall experience was great and the food was delicious we will definitely be back especially for the $3 shots special

    Food wasn’t brought out together, so others were completely done eating by the time the second half of food arrived, but was ok with it because the food was so dang good. The kids really enjoyed the atmosphere, would definitely return

    Service was super slow. Didn’t get a couple of our drinks until the appetizer came out. No napkins or silverware. We had to yell and point out menu items because it was so loud. Food was good though. Games were really fun, nice selection. Lots of security walking around which was nice. Overall a good experience, would go again.

    Food was good, service was not. The waitress was ok. But, our wait time for food was way too long Nine people in our party. Three ordered wings as their meal and waitress brought out early. So they finished eating before us other 6 finally got our food. Looks like she needs a little more training and kitchen staff needs ticket time help. Needless to say, this was not a busy night.
