   We had to adjust our reservation last minute and still had more people show up for the party that weren’t included in the reservation. The staff was as accommodating as possible despite the inconvenience. We really appreciate it!

   Made a reservation, arrived in time, was told I was 2nd on the waiting list. Table was not available for another hour and a half. Orders were wrong and drinks came late or not at all.

   Uncooked bacon and burgers. Made reservations for 6:15. Didn't get seated until 7pm. Server came to table only 3 times. Had to get her attention to get another drink even tho she walked by multiple times. Never checked in if the food was ok. Which the food was not ok. The bacon was undercooked. The burgers were pink in the middle even tho strictly said no pink. And the fries were cold. Asked for ranch. Didn't get any. The whole experience was just so bad. The games were cool tho! Even tho a few of the good ones were down. But will definitely not be eating there again.

   Order the full rack of ribs no seasoning tons of fat and the coleslaw was bland. Order the Backwood drink and it had no alcohol in it had to order a shot just to add to it. Also order a chicken dish and that wasn't to bad but later when our guest arrived and order the same plate hers came out looking more like a 5star dish when mines looked like it came out of a rushed don't care kitchen.This lady( guessing shift manager) stop by our table and ask how it was going and when I explained about the drinks and the ribs she just nodded and moved on to the next table. Came to Dave and Busters to watch the UFC fight and that was great. Next time think we'll go somewhere else to eat and drink and then go to Dave and Busters.

   My family & I got together to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday. There was about 12 of us & it was a busy Saturday. It was a little loud (obviously expected) but the food was so good as always! Food takes awhile to come out so be sure you aren’t starving lol. Our server was very nice & did a great job with how busy it was & how many people he was accommodating. Overall it was a great experience & our girl had an awesome day!

    Generally we had fun with the games (my son did) but the service was shockingly bad at dinner. We saw our waitress two times while the server at the table next to us was checking in every 5 minutes or so. We told a "manager' or someone.

    My sisters birthday celebration was ruined!! We had reservations and we waited another 45 minutes to be seated. Out beer tower took a whole 25 minutes to be brought to our table. We had to leave our table to get drinks from the bar, even water. 2 hours later, our food finally came to the table and it was very dissatisfying. Burger was burnt, boneless chicken was dry and rock hard, chicken tenders were edible. I tried to explain the situation to the manager & she took care of us an compted our food purchases but we were sad to loose almost 3 hours of time we could have been playing games on the floor.

    When we arrived at 7:05 for our 7:15 reservation the manager was at the podium and greeted us. When talking to her I was constantly interrupted so she can tell her servers what and where to go. Stood there for another 5 mins until finally we were seated. Our server who didn’t come to greet us until about 7:25-7:30 told us to give her a minute she was closing out another group. Waited for another 10-15 mins before she came and said “do you know what you want?” Of course we we placed our drinks and dinner when it was brought to us the food was lukewarm as if it had been sitting out for awhile. My guess is because our original server didn’t bring the food and it wasn’t hot. We were hungry so that was ok. After getting our food and eating she doesn’t come to check on us till we are almost done and ask “anything else”? Not how is everything good okay? Just anything else. So yes we werent given napkins so asked for that, she came back and rudely placed them down. After we got finished my children went to go play while I finished my drink she came over and placed the check down which again was rude in itself when I haven’t ask for it nor could I have been finished, another drink wasn’t offered dessert nothing.

    Honestly, I know we were 11 minutes late but the service was nice good and we spent 2.25 hours at the bar- gave our food away twice, waiting 30+ for a drink was crazy

    Absolutely WORST service we’ve ever had. Drinks took 35-40 minutes, food was cold. The hostess was the rudest and wouldn’t accommodate us until I spoke to a manager.

    Pretty much just took a while to get to our table, i didn’t expect to be seated right away of course.. but I didn’t expect to wait that long.. the waitress was sweet and did wonderful, just had a slow start.. but uhh. The food was a no thank you. I had one slice of pizza and it made my stomach upset immediately, which has never happened, and I didn’t even get to eat my own food.. it was weird. the best thing I had was the fries. The boys tummies all got upset and so did my sis tummy as well. Only three out of 9 of us weren’t effected and they didn’t eat.. anyway, everything else was fine. Im not upset or bothered or anything. I honestly couldn’t care less lol. It’s my bday and I still had a good time. Thanks for hosting. I probably wouldn’t recommend to eat here, but for the arcade and bar, i would.

    We had a great time. I do wish the restaurant offered some little special acknowledgement of a child's birthday. Our daughter turned 7 and wanted to go to Dave & Buster's for dinner and games, so we did. We were surprised when the server told us that birthdays aren't recognized at D &B's. The server did bring us some birthday candles to put on a dessert (paid) if we wanted and that was thoughtful but you'd think a restaurant with game play as their primary theme would acknowledge birthdays in some small way. But outside of that, the food and service was wonderful and we had a lot of fun.

    Waitress not friendly and slow. Food came cold to the table. Many games were not working. Some took our oredits and did not let us play. Hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. On a positive note, the food tasted good.

    The food was terrible, took forever for someone to take our order and they brought our food out separately. My daughter received hers 10mins before mine. Place was clean and the staff was friendly but I won’t go there again.

    Service was terrible. I reserved a table for a birthday they didn't have my reservations cuz the computers were down. I ordered food the food was ice cold. I went to Walmart to grab a present for my child I came back and the waitress give away my table.. my teenager was still in the building playing games. I paid the waitress for the game cards and there was a tip slip attached to the receipt that she gave me for the cards. Finally just left and went and ate somewhere else.

    Food was amazing other then my Husband Ribeye Steak that was completely RAW🤦🏾 Couldn’t find our server half the time cause he was always not around for a long period of time, half the time I had to chase him down from the other side where the bar was🤦🏾 But overall was very satisfied! The kids were happy with their meals, we adults was satisfied with our meals as well other then my Husband! We ended up bringing his Ribeye Steak home with us & cooking it later on for my Husband to eat! Will definitely come again!

    Service was horrible had to wait 30 minutes for my reserved table, even though I'd received confirmation it was ready. We then had to wait for a server to start their shift. When they finally started we waited forever for drinks, food was awful and we couldn't even get the servers attention to send it back. I ended up sick and luckily I'd only eaten 1/2 my food.     The service was horrible. We sat down for almost 30 minutes with our server nowhere insight. We got up and walked out and took our money somewhere else. Their prices are outrageous for the type of service and environment that is there.

    Food wasn't that great my Daughter's Cheeseburger was good but my nachos and wings were terrible 😩 so I probably won't get that next time I love Dave and Busters the need to work on there Nachos they have potential but better cheese and actual cheese sauce would be better

    I reserved seats prior to arriving and my seats we're available. Got seated pretty fast it didn't take too long before the food and drinks arrived. It would be nice to have one TV not broadcasting sports for non sports lovers like myself.

    Our table wasn’t ready at 7. Had to wait 20 minutes. Our waitress didn’t seem to give a crap about us. Took forever to get our bar drinks. Asked for cheddar cheese inside of America cheese, told me that all they had. Which was a lie. Never came back to our table until she dropped off ticket and came back to took it. Never apologies for long wait or thanked us for coming in. The host was very friendly.

    We came to yiur establishemt to celebrate my saughters 13th birthday. I am super disappointed in our server. She was not very helpful, or courteous. Also, our tables were not ready when our party arrived. This is not the service I expected to receive for our party considering the cost that I paid. I am not very likely to return to this establishment for a birthday celebration again. Please consider the amount of money that customers pay and provide better customers service. If menu items are not available, consider offering a replacement for the same cost.
