   Only one server for section that included a birthday party. Server did the best he could but definitely needed help. Food was average. Great games available.

   I take my date at this dave & Buster’s and it was excellent and affordable. Playing games night and having dinner was perfect time for all of it. Will come here again for future on dates 🙂

   I made a reservation thinking we would get a table not be in the game area eating. Service was good but never asked if I had the app or asked for my phone number. It was loud with all the games so we couldn’t even talk. Just very disappointed. Not the same as it use to be. The person who was at the prize counted was rude and I don’t believe he gave my daughter her 900 tickets for some cards that she had, was on his phone and just poor customer service. Just overall a crappy experience. I could say more but why bother since no one reads or responds anyway.

   Easy reservation. Great value for food. Fed 7 people for 90.00 out the door. Fun times in the arcade. Went around 6 and it wasn't that busy. Started to pick up around 8.

   For my first time ever at a Dave and Busters I was not too impressed. When I went to the host's to check in for my reservation, the hosts talked among themselves. A female host told a male host to seat us at a table but the male host said that the waiter for the table didn't want to do anymore work for the day. The female host replied to the male host saying " well, that sucks for her. She's just going to have to deal with it." The male host seated us but he looked very nervous about it. I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything after that. Our dining experience took an hour and thirty minutes. We did a lot of waiting, our waitress was not to be found most of the time. Then we went to check out the arcade but on the first game we went to, we paid twice and realized it was broken. Went to the bar to notify staff that we need help. They paged someone to come help us and I waited 25 minutes and no one came. My husband had to go look for a staff member to help. They came over but did not say anything to us. Just reprogrammed the game and walked away. We traveled two hours to check out Dave and Busters and all we can say is we waited a lot and have nothing really exciting or worth the hassle of bragging about. Staff did not seem to want to be there.

   Call me old school, but I do not wish to pay to assist my self at any establishment. When you walk in there is no employees in site. Our group had to walk 3/4 of the entire establishment to find an associate and unhelpful one at that. After nearly an hour we were finally seen as customers and waited on. The initial introduction to our wait staff was rough, then later took a delightful turn. His ability to turn the entire experience completely around is the only reason we stayed and I am able to give the service two stars. Outside of that the location can really use more staff and structure.

   The food was very good but the service was very slow and it wasn’t very busy. We got seated after about a 5 minutes wait with a reservation. After being seated it took over 20 minutes for a waitress to come to take a drink order from us. She said no one notified her we were there even though she walked by us to serve the two tables on both sides of us multiple times. Prices were good. Besides their service it was a good experience

   My host was excellent and bartender was great.they made the Birthday Party very well service was excellent

    Our server was top notch, the manager was very accommodating… celebrating my nieces 30th birthday… fun time😃the wings were great!
