Wonderful venue for our Father’s Day celebration. We’ll certainly be back.
It was delicious. Didn’t enjoy the baby screaming at the next table.
Nice atmosphere and great view of the city
Perfect for Father’s Day brunch!
The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Great great overall experience.
Overall a very nice dining experience with a lovely view of the sunset.
One of the best dining experiences I've had. The staff, the food, the ambiance, everything made our girls night out relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Dauphin's for any dining occasion.
Beautiful view of the City. Average food for above average price.
It was my first time there. We got sat near the windows. I had to walk over to check out the scenery. It really does have the best view of Mobile bay and downtown. I ordered Flounder strips for lunch and got the squash and fries as sides. All of my food was delicious. Our server was very friendly, she made sure if we didn't like something, we could swap it out for something else. Overall, I highly recommend to check out.
Food and service is always excellent. Highly recommend for business dinners and special occasions
Excellent service and food. This was a wonderful location with views of Mobile's skyline. This was our 20th anniversary and Dauphin's was perfect for the occasion.
Food was very good but disappointed in the main course, the prime rib was cold in the center... apparently had been refrigerated or frozen before blackening, and did not warm it enough for serving...
My son and a great experience after a long day of travel. Every dish was fresh and tasty. Wine a dessert were also very good. The views and ambiance were amazing.
Good food, great service and the view is incredible! We will be back again soon.
Great food and service with a fantastic view. I like someplace you can enjoy a meal without a lot of noise. My wife and I were able to enjoy our anniversary, great food and a conversation.
As a NY/NJ person, I found Dauphin's to be a fascinating and delicious dining experience. Its setting on the 34th floor of the Bank Building is so sophisticated and elegant. The food presented was delicious -- both the fresh oysters and fish of the day with unusual accompaniments were great. However, I'm not used to Mobile's super friendly service, which seemed a bit too easy going and friendly for the formal, sophisticated setting. What the heck, who cares, it was a lovely meal.
My one problem was with dessert: the super-special, berry passion & ice cream thing that is prepared on a cart in front of your table. Please eliminate the 1/2 of butter that is put in the cooking pan to start its preparation. This is not necessary. It made the otherwise delicious, flaming dessert much too rich.
Outstanding service and food was out fast. Food was different than what I am used to but, it tasted great. The view of Mobile was great. Definitely recommend giving the restaurant a try.
Food and service are excellent. View and ambiance are outstanding. Great for a special night out.
Anne Riley and Ashleigh were incredible servers, the food was all very good, and the view was sublime. An excellent dinner for a special occasion or even a solo dinner.
We’ve had great food and great service every time we visit. The views are incredible!
Shells were left on the fried shrimp. The pecan crusted fish was very bland.
Great food and service. Excellent atmosphere and both of our waiters provided great suggestions from the menu. Highly recommend for an Anniversary.
Excellent food and service! The atmosphere is incredible and we really enjoyed the piano man!
If you’re looking for a quiet place with fantastic views, exceptional flavors and top notch service, this place is for you. I look forward to our next dinner at Dauphins!
Celebrating graduation and birthday at the chefs table was an awesome win with my girls. I would do it again in a heartbeat
Have eaten at Dauphin's numerous times with excellent food and service. This night was not a good experience. Both my wife's fish and mine were tough and the sauces were gelatinous. The crab on my Oscar sauce was not fresh and had a strong odor. Really, the only thing good was the brulee for desert.
The restaurant was pleasant and the staff were all cordial and polite. However the entrees selection were limited it need more choices.
Pleasing atmosphere, good food, attentive servers. My wife really enjoyed the red snapper...best she has eaten for many months.
My husband and I went on our anniversary. The restaurant staff was so nice and made the night so much more special. The view and the ambiance made it spectacular. The food was great, but very expensive. I would recommend for a very special occasion or if you have the money to go often.
Excellent server yesterday, son excellent that I just retrieved my receipt to confirm it was Britany. Great location and Mobile’s best brunch.
Wonderful experience especially liked the birthday card that our servers gave us at the end of the meal thank you for a great memory.
The view, the food, and the service are all top-notch. Wine list has many winners. The manager recognized us from four months ago.
This was a great experience for a date night. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious! I would dine here again for sure.
Excellent atmosphere and tasty food options. Professional staff and stunning views of Mobile Bay and Downtown Mobile.
3 appetizers and dessert. Tuna Poke, pork belly, beef carpaccio, creme brulee. The appetizers were presented beautifully, delicious, and clearly prepared by experienced chefs. The creme brulee was a large portion, presented in a edible caramel bowl and the best brulee we have ever enjoyed. Prices very reasonable and they offer a "quick lunch" on the menu that we will attract folks working or visiting in the downtown area.
The view is from the 34th floor, stunning as you take in the shipyards and passage into the gulf. This is white tablecloth dining; dress is casual but you won't be out of place if you dress for a special occasion. The parking garage is adjacent and convenient, since on street parking is typical downtown scarce.
The bar looks very nice and included a pianist on this Saturday evening. For casual or special occasion - we were impressed and will return soon.
I went yesterday with a friend. I tried the bread with coconut butter. I thought the butter was inventive and it was a fine prep to the meal. I had the gumbo, which was great. They bring it out with a hot sauce and I wish I could remember the name of it because the sauce was really good. I tried two entrees - the shrimp Po’ Boy with fries and the catfish with cheesy grits and greens. The Po’ Boy was excellent, but a little difficult to eat. The catfish was good. The greens and fries were good. The standout was the cheesy grits. Service was pretty terrible. We had reservations, but still had to wait quite a bit before we were seated and the place was fairly vacant. Our server was having a rough day. I’m sure he’s a great guy. He asked us how we were, which we responded politely and then asked him the same. He quickly responded, “not great”. He didn’t seem in the weeds or anything, he was just having a bad day. He told us it was his first lunch shift, which explained his lack of knowledge of the menu. When I asked for fries with my Po’ Boy, he looked at the menu and asked, “do we have those?” He was pretty unwelcoming and obviously not excited to be there, which unfortunately impacts a restaurant experience quite a bit. I was a server for several years and I get it. But if I’m rating the place, I gotta be honest...
The food, view, and waitress were all excellent.
The food was amazing and very fresh. The views were spectacular and the service was first class. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and I will be going again and again.
As always, the food was delicious, view spectacular and service quick for folks on a business lunch hour. Thanks for an enjoyable meal.
