We're thrilled to welcome Chef Nini Nguyen—New Orleans native, Top Chef alum, and author of the acclaimed cookbook Đặc Biệt—for an exclusive family-style dinner you won’t want to miss. For this special evening, Nini will be collaborating closely with Chef Kyle Bailey and Douglas Alexander to craft a three-course family-style menu that honors tradition while exploring bold, unexpected flavor pairings. Together, they’ve created a feast that blends recipes from Nini’s cookbook with brand-new, inspired interpretations—making this dinner a truly unique, one-time-only experience. Nini will be traveling from New Orleans with special ingredients, including local Luffa squash and fresh herbs from her personal garden, ensuring the flavors of home are infused in every dish.
