Located in the heart of Edmonton, Darling is a fun, casual dining spot where great food, wine, and company come together. Our menu is chef driven taking pride in crafting dishes that highlight the best of the season, blending flavors and influences from around the globe.

Our wine list is thoughtfully curated and always evolving, featuring unique selections that celebrate winemakers from near and far. We also feature local craft beers and cocktails.

Join us for brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, where we bring the same passion for food and hospitality to our weekend brunch menu.

Darling is a wonderful restaurant. From the cocktails to the wine list and the shared plates. So tasty and well presented. We had the croquettes and ricotta toast and then the brassica salad and pork collar. All accommodated gluten free. We will definitely be back.

our server was the perfect balance of present and laid back, as well as very funny and personable. food was excellent. the pork belly was my fave but the carpaccio is a close 2nd, and their cold brew martini is the perfect dessert for a full stomach

This was my first time to the restaurant. It felt quiet rushed. I wish we had been advised that the time was limited to one hour.

Had a lovely time! The food was excellent: would so recommend the charred cabbage dish as well as the tomato and cucumber salad! Great environment, attentive server - It was our first time and I can't wait to go back!

This is a very unique restaurant. We truly enjoyed ourselves, right from the starters to dessert. My only challenge was the noise level but not much can be done about that. They even made Asparagus interesting! My compliments to the Owners and Chef. Another compliment to the very unique wine choices. Most of the selections were new to us. I chose a Tempranillo from Spain. Beautiful!
