   It’s been too long since we’ve been and we’re mad at ourselves for it being so long. Darling continues to serve up amazing wine and incredible dishes. The room is still so lovely and inviting. Our service last night was just as lovely and welcoming as it’s always been. Looking forward to the next visit!

   It’s incredibly rare to have a dinner where every dish is perfection. Our experience was exactly that. We ordered 6 different dishes, including 2 of the whipped ricotta because, just wow! It was the right amount of food, reasonably priced between the group, and we all couldn’t get over how delicious it all was. The chocolate tart was the winner for dessert, as the pound cake was just a tad too dry, but the accompaniments were delish!! Service was attentive for the most part, but it could have been a tad better as the night progressed but it seemed to be a bit busier for the staff they had on.

   As always the food was delicious! The croquettes were stunningly good and the brassica salad was out of this world! Cocktails and wine were lovely and service, per usual, was outstanding! Darling continues to be one of our favourite restaurants! We’ll be back!

   Amazing food - prepared with delicious ingredients. Carpaccio & Brassica Salad especially a great combination. Lovely bites & wine with our Mom on Easter weekend.

   Per usual, everything was delicious. The Eggs Benedict was prepared perfectly: soft eggs, crispy bacon, perfectly grilled brioche and silky Hollandaise sauce. Service was outstanding as it always is. Another perfect meal at one of our favourite restaurants!

   I met friends to celebrate a birthday at Darlings. The space is cozy and inviting. The drink and food menu is interesting. We ordered several plates to share and each one was outstanding. The Brassica salad was our favourite of them all. The service matched the quality of the food. I was surprised when the bill came at how inexpensive this experience was. I pay higher amounts for food and service that is not this well prepared and thoughtful. It was a good reminder for me to search out these independent restaurants. We will be returning to Darlings.

   I had the pork belly dish.It was one of the tastiest brunch dishes I have ever had! A very generous portion and great serving staff. Will go back soon.

   Our server was so lovely!!! Food was great and good value with buffet menu, all left very full.

    We totally enjoyed our experience at Darling. The staff are super friendly, and very efficient. Everything we ate was delicious! The wines were great as well. The only negative was the noise. As the evening progressed, it was very hard to hear ourselves speak. It’s a small space, and all the hard surfaces make it even louder. Overall a really nice change for a night out.
