   The service and cuisine at Darley’s was next level. The perfect place to spoil yourself.

   Food is very good and beautifully presented. Staff were all friendly but we felt a bit forgotten once we were seated and orders were in. We had to flag down waiters for drink top ups, no check ins about the food or anything. Had to ask for coats to be checked and then ask for them back at the end. Small things that you expect at such a good restaurant were missing.

   The ambiance and atmosphere at Darley’s are wonderful, making it a pleasant place to dine. However, we were disappointed with our table location and couldn't get it changed despite requesting. The wine list was impressive, and the food was nice, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, a good spot for a romantic meal, but not a must-visit.

   Some of the best food we have ever had, cannot fault anything. Great selection of wines and wiskey too. Absolutely wonderful experience can’t wait to go again!

   The waiter that showed us to our seats she completely ignored us to chat with a couple she knew on a neighbouring table. We sat ourselves to our table. When we asked for sparkling water or got a top up we got more water on the table or on my phone then in the glass. This set the mood for us and did impact our overall experience. We felt better that we had different waiters bring our food but we expected more from a hatted restaurant. Agree we did book a late session 8pm but nonetheless when you go to a hatted restaurant your going their for the overall end to end experience. The overall service form our 7pm entry to the bar was lacking, we stood there waiting to be acknowledged by anyone working there. Once we did we have to say the mocktails we ordered was top notch but the taking of our food order was slow, waiter knew we were ready to order but she chose to set a table instead then come take our order. We ordered all our meals straight away but the timing the food was brought out was so slow. The presentation of the food was nice but there was nothing amazing with the flavour. We hope the service didn't sour our taste buds but we dined at the the Wintergarden restaurant at Hydro Majestic Blue Mountain the night before and we felt in comparison Darleys was lacking in service, flavour and ambience. Sadly disappointed we were hoping for an amazing experience. Definitely go to the Wintergarden instead. Way better ambience, service and flavour!!! Pairing wines were spot on... didn't even have a wine pairing option at Darley's.
