Quality food. Excellent service. Every single time!

Overall very good. This was our second visit to Dario's. Steaks were on point as were the sides. Wait staff was prompt and friendly. Was a little disappointed that I booked this for our anniversary, mentioned it on the reservation, and no one acknowledged it, but there's bigger issues in the world than that. Will definitely go again.

New Year’s Eve

Our food was seasoned and cooked well. I had the ribeye and loved it. The waiter was present but not overbearing. Our overall experience was good and our family would definitely come back

Avoid this place. Things were ok until my husband received his prime rib scorched. I was truly appalled that the restaurant would allow that plate to be brought out like that. Once we complained, the staff tried to argue with my husband about what was wrong with the prime rib. So my husband then asked for the crab pasta and they were like well just let us fix the prime rib. How do you fix something burnt? It is not like it was undercooked. I believe a manager (a man) finally came over and asked what could be done but at that point my husband was so upset that he said nothing. The restaurant did the right thing in that in did not charge us for a prime rib that could not be eaten but then to charge us for the baked potato a la carte that my husband did not eat as well as absurd. Once Ashley realized my husband's order was wrong and I guess figured her tip would be affected, she never stopped back by. We had to ask random people for more steak butter for my daughter and drink refills. We waited twenty minutes after eating just to get our check. This establishment really needs to work on customer service skills. For the price, I much rather go to Taste of Texas or Flemings and get exceptional service and wonderful food. I was truly disappointed to spend Christmas dinner with my family at this place when we were all really looking forward to it.

My wife, Daughter and I have eaten at Dario's many times. We always enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of food you serve. Our last two visits Thanksgiving & Christmas, everything was the same except for the overall taste of the food. The service is always great, the price has gone up slightly, but something has change in the taste or preparation of the food in general, maybe a new cook?

Great place for a very nice dinner without having to go all the way into town. We had a special dinner for 6 on a Monday night in December 2020. I was blown away by how many people where there. Not crowded or unsafe, but clearly supported by the locals.

No need to drive all the way into Houston for a nice dinner.

I've reviewed Dario's several times as the best restaurant in Cypress, and Thanksgiving didn't disappoint. The turkey melted in your mouth and the sides were excellent ( dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans). Kudos to David, Art, and the staff for making it a special thanksgiving !

Food was amazing. The manager on duty kept having to help out the waitress that was taking care of my Wife and I. There were only 4 tables to cover in this section but seemed like she was struggling. Could have been a new employee so I did not mind. However, I specifically asked for a desert that said Happy Anniversary on the plate and never received it. I even ordered a cheesecake but still nothing. The table next to us got a desert that said congratulations. So a little irritated about that. Both the waitress and Manager were really nice, personality wise. I will come back because I think it was a fluke. However it should not take 15-20 minutes after I receive my drink to put in an order for an appetizer. The place wasn't even busy. Overall I would give 3 stars.

There were 3 parties at bar area. Waitstaff was attentive but it took almost 30 minutes from order to meal on table. The party of 3 that came after us were served and finished by the time we got our meal

I would not recommend this restaurant. For what you pay, the service was abominable.

The steak was top notch, very good. I had a New York Strip and my companion had a rib-eye. The mixed drinks from the bar were very good. The sides were average. The service was mediocre at best. We went over thirty minutes at one point without a single check-in from anybody. Our food was delivered and served by someone else other then our waitress which is normal but our waitress never came by to check on us or the food to make sure it was okay. Now that I think about it, I think our waitress only came to our table 5 tables during the 1.75 hours that we were there. We would not have been there so long if we received timely service. The 5th time she came by was when she came to pick up the check and dishes. I had to get up myself three times to get us to-go containers, to get a desert ordered, and to get someone's attention to get our check brought to us.

Service was slow and our order was wrong. Disappointed for this restaurant.

Between the food and the service, this was an amazing experience. We would have preferred a quieter atmosphere. Wasn't very "romantic". Spent quite a bit to have a loud conversation. Over all the service and food were amazing.

Food was not worth the price. Our filet was over cooked and the creamed spinach was watery.

I went to Dario’s to celebrate my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing! They were very accompanying when I called to add two people to my party after my sister in law came into town to surprise me. Whenever I am in Houston again. I will frequent this restaurant. Thank you for making my night amazing.

Food overall was really good, service was mediocre. Not too loud, able to carry on a conversation with ease. Good place to go for date night, will be going back.

First time at this establishment, and have to say it was a thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish. The wait staff were all open and friendly, and they allowed us just the right amount of time to make decisions. Each person was watchful without being overbearing. Food was well-presented & prepared as requested, with excellent flavor. The wife is very picky about her meats and all she could say is that it was one of the best she had had. On top of this, it was our anniversary and we were brought a lovely desert free of charge to commemorate the occasion. Kudos to the full staff!

Dario’s is a fantastic restaurant with really professional and kind service. Even short staffed, they worked extremely hard. The food was even better food. The filet’s my wife and I got were delicious and so were our scallops for appetizers. Outdoor seating was nice with fans but mosquitoes were pretty bad. What can you do about that though?

All in all, it was a great choice for my wife’s and I’s 1st date night out since having our baby. Would go back.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal that included the Filet Mignon and Lobster. Chocolate cake was delicious! Our waiter had a fantastic personality and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Normally, this place is 5 stars across the board. Something was off during this visit. Service was very slow and once the meal arrived, it was just above room temp, as if it sat waiting for a server to deliver it. We will return, but with a little less enthusiasm.

Food is great, always is. The service is great as well! Love the all the servers and the family that run and operate the restaurant. It was a Friday night, so at one point, the noise level did increase a little, but we were also close to a couple of tables with bigger family groups so it's understandable. Wife and I had a wonderful evening.

The service was excellent with prompt service! The oysters were not good but presented well. Probably should only serve baked as opposed to raw. Not their strong point. The wedge salad was excellent as well as the entrees. No complaints.
