Veteran James Beard Award Winning New York City Restaurateur Chris Cannon (Marea, Alto, Convivio, Osteria Morini) opened Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, his convivial, multi-concept restaurant, bar and event space in Morristown, New Jersey in October of 2014.

Located at the historic Vail Mansion, Cannon’s JHBK is composed of four distinct spaces, each with a unique food and beverage element. With inspiration stemming from the property’s elegance and unique history, the mansion houses a collection of contemporary artwork, many of which were commissioned exclusively for the project.

Executive Chef Craig Polignano who learned his craft from the legendary Craig Shelton at the Ryland Inn is a seasoned veteran of the New Jersey Restaurant scene. Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen offers Complimentary Valet Parking to its Dining Room patrons. We are very limited with the amount of spots that we do have so we suggest finding parking in any of the public lots or the behind the Municipal Lot that is located at 200 South Street.
