Everything is perfect except the dinner food. It was mediocre at best.
I always eat here with my family. Good food with good ingredients and great service.
We waited almost an hour for our food. Other tables that arrived after us were long served and finished. I would have been fine with an apology and admitting they forgot to put in our order rather than making me feel I was causing them an inconvenience.
It was a nice place to eat. The food was good, not anything special, a good option in Danville for simple a dinner out.
I really like Harvest's new outdoor area. They also have live music some days, which adds for a great experience. Food is good overall and service was great.
As much as I’m enjoying getting back to eating out, the tent in the street approach is difficult for ambiance. Gets loud, hot or cold, etc. but They did great with what they have to work with. Good food, lovely service.
Don’t go if you want good service. We asked for banana bread appetizer and after 40 minutes they still didn’t bring it. Turns out they delivered it to another table and didn’t have anymore (even though we were the first customers there). Barely apologized and the waiter Tyler didn’t check in on us the rest of the meal.
Great date night😎
the food was good especially if you like sandwiches. waitress was patient and professional
I think I’m done with Amber. They have a great menu but their food quality and portions are decreasing while their prices continue to increase. Ordered the grain bowl and had 1 dry price of kale, one small slice of hard avocado and a coupe of burnt pieces of sweet potato. Our service was slow and my empty water was never refilled.
This place is really over hyped. The food is good, not great. We got hush puppies, they were dense and yes tasted good, but lacked something for sure. My husbands short rib was a little dry, my salmon was good but the potatoes were bland. Waiter was friendly and helpful but the service was slow. Overall was a little surprised this is the most highly rated restaurant in Danville. Prices were high for what we ate.
It was Memorial Day, so as to be expected they were very busy and seemed to be short staffed. The service was pretty poor. Our food took 45 minutes and we rarely could get our waiter’s attention or our waters filled (on a 93 degree day). My boyfriend had to bring our waters inside to get them filled because it was taking way to long to flag our waiter down. The hostess then had to start picking up service for us. The plus side is they comped our appetizer to make up for the poor service, but overall, especially for a birthday celebration in which we received no acknowledgement of the birthday, we were very disappointed by the food wait time and the lack of attention from our waiter and bussers.
Great brunch spot with kids
Very small brunch menu with slightly above average food . Service was slow and prices were on the upper scale. The location was prime.
Great meal, healthy options. Knowledgable waiter. Outside seating with lots of space and nearby music creates a delightful ambiance.
Super good food. Cute and historical place.
Super cute space, would go back. Loved how dog friendly it was
Our server was fabulous not sure if it is worth the money but I would definitely return again I myself work in a restaurant and enjoy professional service ambience and food
They have excellent vegan options that I recommend to anyone who wants to be healthier
We went for lunch and sat outside. The tables were well-distanced apart and the servers worn masks. The service was great. The servers were attentive, fast and friendly. The food was good. We ordered the hush puppies and the truffle fries. The hush puppies were just ok, but the fries were good. We ordered the chicken and cashew salad and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were good and the portion size was huge.
Grain bowl is delicious, but the price of it is high $19. Server asked if we wanted Salmon added. We agreed without realizing the price. Couldn’t believe that a very small piece of salmon was $14. Will rethink decision to go there in the future given the prices.
This was an excellent location for an important client lunch. The service went above & beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly.
best truffle fries around. love the chopped salad...
Service was incredibly slow & the restaurant was not that busy.
80th birthday. Service started out fine . Then after first round of drinks and apps the server totally forgot about us. our food didn’t arrive till we were there for over an hour. We had shared plates and had to ask for everything -pepper for salad extra plate for shared food silverware....it was a hot mess.
Your hostess Abby is fantastic! What a great person to have as your first ambassador for customers.
We both enjoyed our meals. I love being inside because of the decor but was glad that we were sat outside this time because the weather was beautiful.
I plan to stop by for lunches by myself some days because it is a wonderful spot...and for meetups with my friends too.
Great setting, great service, great food! Thank you Harvest.
The menu is pretty limited. Service was a bit slow.
Amazing as always!
Everything was fine although I found the lunch menu to be more limited than I expected. All in all, though, it was a pleasant experience, the food was good, and I'll definitely be back.
The food is delicious. They have great options for kids and adults alike. You won't regret it.
The food and atmosphere was great. There was a hiccup with service. Either not enough wait staff, or problems in the kitchen. First time that has happened in over three years of eating there. Once the hiccup was brought to the managers attention, our food and drinks taken care of. Hamburger was fantastic. Don’t miss the hush puppies or ahi apps. And the Mary’s fried chicken was so good.
Not bad; but very inconsistent.
While part of the staff is really friendly and professional, other members are condescending or not attentive. The same happed with the food. My wife was really happy about her plate (stake); but my was below fair (catch of the day).
Great service, amazing food and wonderful live music!
Service was slow, waiter didn’t check on us often. Food was fine, but seems expensive for what you get. Outdoor dining was good with music playing for ambience. Better service would have increased my rating.
The restaurant was understaffed and it took quite some time before someone took our order or delivered our food. Additionally, it was a cold day and one person ordered soup. By the time a spoon was found the soup was cold. Great atmosphere on a warm day, but could use more heatlamps when the weather is cooler. Staff was nice and rest of the meal was good.
Great food, very polite and prompt staff. We went on a Saturday during brunch and waited a long time for our food, but overall had a great experience. Really good bloody marys!
Great food, excellent service, and beautiful space! My family was visiting from out of town and decided to visit for Saturday Brunch. We started off with the burrata and an order of the waffles for the table (I very highly recommend both). Two of us ordered the country breakfast plate while the other two ordered the ham benedict. The portions were pretty sizeable, so no one went home hungry. My sister and I both tried the mimosa (passionfruit/orange, I think) which was also delicious. I am definitely keeping this place on my list of restaurants to revisit.
They were sweet with my dog as well.
Mother’s Day, our meals and service were great!
