   Made a last minute reservation to celebrate our anniversary, that normally wouldn’t have happened on a Friday night as I’m in the service industry, but was so pleasantly surprised that there was availability. On top of that, the service was phenomenal, very attentive and educated staff. The teamwork was very apparent. The dividers in the booths are such an excellent idea creating privacy between tables along the banquette. The food and wine selections were great, flavors and presentation on point. The complimentary dessert wine at the end of our meal was so wonderfully presented and received. Not only will I recommend Dante to others, but I’ll certainly be back on the regular. Thanks for making a last minute anniversary dinner so special!

   Dined here for a birthday dinner. Had a 7-course chef tasting menu with wine pairings and dined in the Vault. The food was spectacular along with the wines paired with it. Server was very attentive and supplied every need without needing to ask for anything but was not overbearing. Definitely on the pricey side but well worth it for a celebration.

   We had a fantastic experience at Dante! Our service was legitimately some of the best service we've ever had - flawless! The food was excellent, as was the wine. We will definitely be back, thank you for making our experience a great one!

   We had a group of six opt for the Chef Dante’s tasting menu option. The dinner was five courses paired with wine (optional) and all of the courses were delightful. The service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable on each facet of every course, and how the wines paired. It was a bit on the expensive side, but overall an experience that we would all do again.

    It was our first time and we really enjoyed ourselves. The mussels were outstanding and an unsuspecting twist with an Asian influence. My only criticism, and it is a slight one, was my pasta noodles were thick and wide making it little harder to get a good mix of pasta and meat on every fork (plus the meat sauce was missing a note - maybe just a little more salt and pepper). My wife and I will certainly return as it was a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of sitting adjacent to chef’s family that was celebrating a birthday and seeing all the staff come greet the family and offer well wishes made it feel quite homey.

    We were seated at a table in the front window by the reception. It was very cold and we should have asked to be moved, but please note that in the winter, THAT table is not comfortable for anyone.

    Everything from start to finish was wonderful. We were able to secure the table in the vault for my son’s 16th birthday dinner. Our server, Brandon was helpful and pleasant. He suggested a wine to pair with my scallop entree and it was the perfect compliment. We each ordered a different menu item and each was well prepared and full of flavor. We also ordered the dessert tasting which was equally delicious. Dante never disappoints. Thank you for making my son’s birthday extra special.

    I consider this the best restaurant in Cleveland. The food is always innovative but approachable. Disparate flavors come together in a perfect amalgam, whether it's calamari, risotto, pasta, or a main dish. The linguine carbonara is fabulous. The polenta and risotto are a dream. The fish, duck, and lamb are outstanding. I only wish they would give up on the foie gras for ethical reasons.

    Mussels broth was insanely salty duck wasn’t rendered well at all hence was super chewy and fatty. Lamb was fine but bland overall not near the standard of cooking you should expect

    Dante is our favorite! My wife and I both ordered the 5 course tasting menu. It was amazing! The tasting menu is off menu items that the chef chooses, and each course was better than the next. It is obviously a splurge, but definitely worth it. Our server, Branden, was outstanding as well. Make sure to get a reservation.

    Service was exceptional with waitress Alex. Food was delicious though the quinoa with the duck was an odd pairing...too gritty. The restaurant is a bit dated in decor and bathroom was a mess.

    We did the five course tasting paired when wine. Amazing!! Every dish was omg, one was just okay but still amazing just did not compare to the other dishes. We had an amazing server, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. When they brought out each courses and wine they described each perfectly. Great experience. More in the expensive side but it is five course and drinks paired!!

    Had a wonderful long evening enjoying the vegan tasting menu. We preceded it with amazingly delicious cocktails. The food was absolutely delicious and mind-blowing. Our server, Anthony, really made it such an enjoyable, fun experience and tailored the wine selection to us in a way that not only complemented the food perfectly but added that much more to the enjoyment of the evening. David from the kitchen presented each dish with great detail and excitement. All the staff was very polite and wonderful. Truly an awesome fine dining experience. I commend the chef and his entire team.

    Dante is the best restaurant in Cleveland without question. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is always amazing. The cocktails are incredible. The wine list is amazing and Phil is always happy to make a recommendation. Dante is a gifted talented chef and we are lucky to have him here in Cleveland.

    Excellent greeting as we arrived! Our selections were calamari appetizer which was lightly deep fried and very tender. Our entrees were Lamb Shank, which was delicious and tender. Red Fish preparation was also delicious, fish just a tad overcooked, but still flaky. Our service with Kayla was wonderful, and we also had the opportunity to meet Anthony, and that was delightful! Thanks for another lovely evening at Dantes.
