I wanted to enjoy this place. I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me and ask if I needed to seat myself. My options were at the bar or outside. Beautiful weather and outside was a great option. I was told there was a special brunch menu only. When I asked if I could order from the regular menu; I was told “No”, however the couple at the next table was able to order from the regular menu. So chicken wings it was. Not exactly anything to rave about. Bar service took way longer than they should to get out drinks. Food was just Meh. I would recommend or come back to this place. I love the atmosphere and music, however food and service were sub par.
Gave it a second chance after a terrible experience when it first open. The failed miserably. Can’t make a salad as described on the menu. The manager took all Salad off the bill, but we’re never going back
Staff were nice but extremely short staffed. Took for ever to get food and drinks. Out of biscuits and gravy at 11am Sunday brunch. Cmon thats ridiculous. Drag show was quite entertaining though
We had a blast! Daisy Dead Petals and divas were entertaining. Loved the show. Food and drinks were amazing and excellent service!
One of the best brunches we have ever been to, food, service entertainment was best! Celebrated my friends 60th birthday and she loved it! Will definitely be back!
$20 cover … your out of your mind
Great brunch drag show. Food was meh. Service excellent
I loved this place so much I decided to bring my mother and siblings back the following week! They also fell in love .. the show was amazing and the Dj energy is 10 starts .. can wait to go back
Was a great fun place!
Very loud, speakers were blown hard to make out what they were saying. We were put at a table in the back corner, couldn't see the whole show. The drag Queens did not interact with us at all even when we were waving money. We were just set off and ignored. My husband said his burrito was cold and lacked flavor. Mine was good but the egg was burnt.
The show was very short, not even an hour.
Our waitress was very sweet and the atmosphere was super cute. Just need to make some adjustments.
The whole experience was so much fun and great! Highly recommend heading to the weelend Drag Brunch!
DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Definitely worth a couple visits.
Surprisingly large space, and felt safely distant!!! Had no idea they had live music, it was great. The food was outstanding!!!
Went on Sunday for Drag brunch 12 o’clock seating, told to be there at 11:30 and the show started after 12:30. We ordered 3 brunch (breakfast) menu items at 12:10 after we had been sitting at the table for 20 minutes without a server. The server came to the bar to get my food order as I had gotten up to order our drinks myself since he was busy chatting and laughing at another table. We ordered Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, 2 Breakfast Skillets (consisting of scrambled eggs over potatoes). After being told by our server our food was next more 2 times, and then seeing tables around us being served, we got our food at 1:15 after the show ended and 15 minutes before the next seating. The Sausage Gravy & Biscuits were horrible, not to mention the server never once offered an apology on behalf of the kitchen or anything. Show was good and the DJ was awesome. Food, drinks & service was absolutely horrible and I will not be returning and I recommend finding another event to anyone reading this. I had family in from out of town and it was a huge disappointment. 1st photo is the glue like gravy barely over biscuits and without sausage in the gravy, the 2nd is our empty table one hour in and the 6 pathetic small corn muffins offered as something to eat while you are waiting for your food, after an hour, and again without explanation or apology, but they were working on our food many times dispute the fact that the gravy and potatoes are usually prepared in advance and not made to order, making the wait event more ridiculous.
Sooooo loud, I couldn’t hear myself think. I didn’t care for the food. I had two drinks and didn’t feel anything…which means not much liquor in my drinks
I won’t be going back.
I surprised my fiancé for her birthday and brought her here with friends for her first ever drag show. The show was amazing and the ladies were dope!
The food was good, however, could’ve been better portioned for the type of restaurant it is. The waffles were not very tasty either. Other than that it was pretty amazing and we will be back soon!
Fun brunch. Food very good. Drag show entertainment was entertaining.
This place is super fun for drag show brunch. Food is amazing and also good if you’re drinking the night before. The staff were very nice and attentive.
Really good food at reasonable price; nice craft beer selection; vibrant ambiance
Went to the drag brunch (chicken and waffles) (cornbread skillet)....both very good..we also went earlier in the week and had BBQ sanwiches...also good...service was OK brunch service better than the one we had for sandwiches (I guess it was a newer server....
My reservation was for dinner at Danny's BBW/ Holy Makerel, and when we walked in we realized we would have much rather made the reservations for lunch. I thought the menu looked very good for a lunch but not so much for a dinner. The restaurant is very large and we arrived there were only 4 people dining inside and one table outside. I can't comment on the service other than the hostess was on the spot with a menu and said we could choose any seat in the house or outside. I do want to come back for lunch and sample some of the menu items that look so good.
We tried their Wings special and they were outrageous! Definitely worth a try!
The food was outstanding! We sat outside in the parking lot. My only suggestion is to make the outdoor seating area more enclosed, add some lighting and ambiance. Put up some lattice walls/pergolas so you don’t feel like you’re sitting in a parking lot, which you are, but it can be improved.
Food was very good, But the wings were phenomenal.
This so-called BBQ restaurant was a TOTAL FAIL. My nephew and I went today for lunch at 1:30pm. It was my pick specifically for BBQ brisket, as I’m a fanatic. Entering, we saw a total of 2 tables occupied. Ours was the third. Notably, the floors were unswept and we were seated and waiting at least 10 minutes until we were finally approached by waitstaff. We ordered a beer flight and a vodka tonic which took at least 20 minutes to arrive. Interestingly, the four-beer flight was unlabeled. You guess which is which! It was then we also received the water promised upon our arrival. When we attempted to order = THERE WAS NO BRISKET! Why not? Well, “It’s still being cooked and won’t be ready for another hour. Do you want ribs instead?” In exasperation we decided not to order comestibles and instead chose to end the pain. As we departed, there were customers at an outside table also leaving. Thinking perhaps I missed something good, I asked if they had the ribs. They said they did indeed have ribs, which were burnt to a crisp. They were also told there was no cornbread which was supposed to accompany their meal and when all three held up their hands to waggle their orange fingers, they advised us that there were no handi-wipes available to clean their hands. They were visibly upset and said they’d not return, nor will I. Save yourself from poor service, unavailable food and a sad dining experience. Go elsewhere!
Food good. Server was good but took FOREVER to get the food. Come on! This is a BBQ place where all the food and sides are already prepared. They ONLY needed to serve it up. Getting food almost 45 min after order is unacceptable. Most likely sill not be back.
I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Amazing food! Huge portions! Excellent flavor. Service was great! Decor was appealing! I will definitely be back.
