We dined at Daniel’s on a Saturday night to celebrate our son and daughter-in-laws third wedding anniversary. I notified the restaurant in advance that it was a special occasion. We had the perfect table with a great view. Our server, John, was excellent. Friendly, fun and attentive. The cocktails, food and wine were all perfect! It is pricey, so not an every night dining spot, but great for a celebration. The only thing that was a little disappointing is there was no complimentary dessert or anything for the anniversary couple. In that we ordered cocktails, appetizers, wine and four of the most expensive steaks on the menu, I would have expected a little something. But, I would definitely recommend Daniel’s and will be back.

Went for wedding anniversary. Food was just ok. Overcooked the king salmon (dry, tasted burnt - couldn't finish - $58), but halibut was very good ($58). Small cup of clam chowder ($10) was average at best - lacked flavor/seasoning. Prices way too high to justify lower quality of cook. Outdoor seating wonderful. Service was excellent. Would probably only go again for drinks and the outdoor ambiance, but not the food.

Fined during the COVID-19 pandemic. Good was delicious. Definitely get the bacon-wrapped scallop appetizer and the filet Mignon with lobster tail. This has been the largest lobster tail I’ve ever eaten! The only downside was they were not serving the creme brûlée during the limited dining menu due to COVID-19.

Food is pricey. Scallop appetizer was delicious. 8 Oz filet mignon with garlic mash potatoes were tasty. However the clam chowder wasn't, very disappointed.

This was a wonderful restaurant with a friendly staff, a delicious menu, and an incredible view. The calamari was fried perfectly and I appreciated the waiter having us cut into our steaks before he left the table. We had calamari, filet steaks, Brussels sprouts (which were amazing!!), and garlic mashed potatoes on the side that were also very tasty. Absolutely would recommend for a special occasion!

My steak was over cooked and I didn’t feel like my dinner was worth the cost. I won’t be back.

Our waiter Jordan was amazing! He's very knowledgeable about the food and wine selections and even what pairings of sauces and sides go best with each dish. We sat at the patio which was nice but be warned there is a park near by the lower level and we had a few scooters zoom past. But this place is amazing. The food was amazing!

Service and the patio seating was wonderful, our lobster tail was really dry and for the price we were disappointed. Other than that staff continued to clean and disinfect which made the place comfortable to dine at.

We were here the other day on a beautiful summer day, we’ve enjoyed the outside space overlooking south lake Union. Overall the food was delicious, and the big ticket items (lobster tail, Filet Mignon) were cooked perfectly. Service was great too. The dress code isn’t really enforced, personally I don’t mind but to keep in mind if you’re celebrating a special occasion and want a more “classy experience”.

Have not been back since they closed during quarantine. Sat on the water and enjoyed a really well done cocktail, and great entrees. Their steaks are fantastic, but for $80-95 wish they were a little bit more creative than the old stand by of prime beef with butter. It’s 2020, change up the traditional steak restaurant to bring in a more younger crowd.

I think our waiter had a bad night or was spread to thin. We had the following issues.
Never offered a wine list.
left the salad and appetizer plates on table for a long time after we had finished with them then brought dinner and had no place to put anything.
We ordered 2 glasses of wine to have with dinner, they showed up about half way thru dinner.
Brought us our bill which was correct, but then ran our Card on someone else's check and brought that bill for to us to sign. So we had to get that corrected.
The food view was good.

We were greeted at the front door and seated promptly at a lovely window table.
Maria was our waitstaff and performed wonderfully by first offering a starter and drink. She was knowledgeable about the options available in the wine and drinks - we started with the 10 year old Whistling Pig Rye in a Manhattan. My husband had the classic Caesar salad while I had the beet, arugula with goat cheese salad - Yum! Dinner was the grass fed filet mignon with broccolini followed by the peach slices with a cupcake size butter cake and just the right amount of vanilla ice cream to share.
Our water was replenished frequently with dishes whisked away as needed.
Jen stopped by our table to check on our dining experience. We chatted. We found her delightful, warm and friendly. Enjoy the Dervish in concert!
For our date night, the dining at Daniel’s was perfect! We will come back another time.

Too expensive for the food quality offered. Staff shows a not so welcoming attitude towards foreign people who speak with an accent, who don’t dress stylish.

The only issue we had was how long it took for our check to be rung, otherwise everything was outstanding. Very impressed with the waiters menu knowledge and recommendations. The drinks were a perfect combination of sweet and tart. I loved the view from the windows as well.

It was very expensive. My 8oz Filet mignon wasn’t very flavorful or tender. My son had the Delmonico & it was good but not worth the amount paid. The last time we came 3 Yrs ago it was better. I wish for the amount it had been phenomenal. The upside I had a great evening & conversation with my son.
