Had a great dinner. Service was great. New York steak was perfect. Crab appetizer is to die for. Ordered a coconut fudge Sunday at the end. So good! They have really dialed in their system for covid. Commercial tent out in the deck with heaters. One side is open for airflow, so bring a jacket on a breezy day. During the pandemic, it’s great to see Daniel's making the best of the situation. We will be back soon!

We went to Daniels in Bellevue for our 14th anniversary. The food was amazing, the view was good, our waitress was awesome. Definitely an amazing restaurant even during covid with outdoor seating. They gave us a little desert at the end. We will be back!

The online reservation experience was smooth. We got a confirmation immediately and they did follow up a few hours before the scheduled time. We reached on time. If you want to catch the sunset the best time slot to book is 3:30 to 4pm during Dec-Jan. They do have outdoor seating with shade but the shade is for sunlight only. It can tolerate low to moderate showers for a few mins but if it goes for hours or rains heavily you'd have to box up your meal. We ordered bone in rib eye (well done) and australian lamb chops. Both were delicious and well worth it. Taylor took really good care of us. For dessert, we order the coconut fudge which was a hit and cheese cake unfortunately was a miss. Overall, very happy with the experience and would recommend it.

It was perfect for a romantic date with my hubby. A bit chilly but still nice. The only thing I can say bad - food gets cold quickly. But again, end of December sitting outside)))) loved it. And Daniel’s sundae is out of this world

Outdoor dining during Covid. Thankful to Daniels for being open for a holiday meal. Service was excellent and food was excellent. Heaters on in the outdoor space.

My fiends and I , are happy we can have dinner together before Christmas, since so many restaurant so limited to serve dine in. Hostess, server are so friendly. We got serve immediately. Wine was really good as well as
Appetizer and main course. We had Fried calamari & shared Ahi tuna for appetizer and NY Steak with sautéed mushroom and crispy Brussels spout for main course. Vie was amazing even fell chilly but it’s worth it.

Overall it was a great experience for our son's 21st birthday. The staff was wonderful, the food was amazing. The patio was a bit chilly as the heaters didn't reach quite far enough. Our son and his girlfriend said the heaters were emitting an irritating high pitch sound, but my husband and I weren't' able to hear it so it didn't bother us at all. The Japanese Wagyu was worth the trip and the price.

Absolutely amazing, outside seating with fresh air on 21st floor. Got 3 A5 Wagyu 4oz cuts, unbelievable flavor and was cooked with excellence. Daniel's, keep up this great work!

Daniels Bellevue never disappoints. Made last minute reservations due to Covid and Emperor Inslee’s order to close great viable businesses. Steak cooked to perfection and service was exceptional as always! My only regret is the limited menu due to Covid and social distancing. A 10 star rating on a 5 star scale!!!

A nice booth and great food. Service was very good, not many people in the restaurant. Underground parking and a nice elevator ride to the top.

What we could order was great as usual, but the menu lacked our 2 favorite sides. Creamed corn and lobster mac, both weren't being served apparently due to covid. Also, the menu was at LEAST 30% more than we usually pay. To be fair, we haven't been in months, but a usual bill for us is around 200-225, and this time it was 340 and we couldn't even get our favorite dishes. Disappointed.

Everything pretty much as expected. They were a understaffed so service level was a little under expectations, especially considering they ding you for a 20% service fee upfront. However, our server was very personable and tried his hardest.

Steak was delicious, shrimp over cooked and paid 16$ for only 2. Plus there was a 20% additional service charge I was not made aware of until bill came. Will not be going back.

Staff was friendly and professional. The steaks are expensive but it was the best steak I ever had in my life so it was worth it!

Celebrated my wife's birthday at Daniel's. The food was good, but I agree with the rest of the reviewers that the prices have skyrocketed (72 dollars for a ribeye steak is pretty extreme). The 20% service fee (where the server only get's a small percentage) makes it hard to tip the waitstaff unless you want to pay a 40% tip (20% for Schwartz bros and 20% for the wait staff) which doesn't make sense. I understand times are tough during Covid, but gouging your customers for every last penny does not make sense in the long term. In addition, there was no "card" on the table indicating the additional service fee as Schwartz bros have indicated in other reviews.

Daniels now charges $70 for any piece of meat, and the 20% gratuity should have been said. The $72 Ribeye was chewy. I had to spit out several pieces. Prices are way way up and the single vodka drink was weaker than my 25+ years there. So its gone downhill. Still a warm place if money doesnt matter. But apparently it will for me. I've ate there almost weekly and now I live in LA and came back to find it overpriced, tough meat, and bad drink. SO I cannot recommend like I have in the past 25 years. Its changed. I know COVID is tough. But this review is without that acceptance. $250 for 2 steaks and a drink is too high to return. Sorry.

I was upset when I got home and could actually see the receipt in decent light, that the server didn't get the 20% tip instead of Schwartz Bros. That is a reason we will not return to your restaurant, including the horribly high prices.

The food was great, however the 20% ‘service fee’ was a total surprise with no warning. This ‘service fee’ was explained to us by the server when dropping off the check with it explicitly saying none of it goes to the server and all of it goes to ‘Swartz Brothers Restaurants”. Which then leaves us feeling guilty because the server didn’t get their usual tip. This should have been CLEARLY explained in the menu, and insert or by the server upon being seated. I didn’t order a $140 steak just to be surprised by a 20% service charge. Ridiculous, and felt very shady. I cannot recommend that people come here until this practice is changed to not sneak onto your guests without any warning.

Prior to this last dining experience I had never had a bad meal. Unfortunately our server was distracted, almost annoyed at our being there. Ojr stakes were butterflied unnecessarily and over cooked. Even the children stated it was like Applebee's. We spent nearly 600.00 and honestly questioning if we will return.

Love Daniels but we are disappointed in the changing of their house bread to rolls. Honestly changes the experience. They spoiled us for so many years with amazing bread.
