Been to Daniella’s a couple of times, usually pretty good. Last night was barely mediocre. Table was sticky/dirty, food was bland. It may have been an off night but we won’t be going back any time soon.
We have a reservation for 7:15 p.m. and were seated at 7:40 p.m. Also, the menu is quite similar to Daniella's Cafe but the prices were higher. We LOVE Daniella's Cafe & Pellana and miss Alto Forno.
Amazing food. Love our waiter.
Food was excellent and our server was very attentive. The only complaint I have was it was a bit cold inside.
Great food! One of the best Chicken Parmigiana around, and the wedge is phenomenal.
Took my friend fir an amazing birthday dinner. Food, drinks, ambiance were perfect. Perfect 10
We celebrated my daughter’s wedding anniversary. The waiter Vito who I requested was as amazing as the first time we dined at this wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended!!
Excellent Janet excellent service I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends
We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. Our waiter was cordial and funny, knowledgable and attentive. Delicious food!
Great food with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The menu and food are better than 90% of the Italian restaurants in the North End, so this is a great dining spot for the north shore.
We were happy with our dinner at Daniella's Ristorante. The restaurant possesses tasteful decor and excellent food. Portions are generous and the overall menu is varied and appealing to those with all different choices. Our evening was special and we will be sure to return.
Daniella’s is without a doubt one of the best overall dining experiences in this area . The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The menu offers excellent choices; portions are plentiful and the food delicious.
Always a lovely setting.
Terrible, had reservations for 8:30, arrived at 7:45. Sat in the bar area and went to get two drinks and literally stood there for 7 minutes trying to get the bar tenders attention feeling I like was in every employees way but finally $35 later for two gin and tonic....done. Our table is ready at 8:30, we sit down .......nothing for 13 minutes, no someone will be right with you can I get a drink.....nothing
My wife and got up and walked out, someone at the front desk look at us and told him we all set, no one has acknowledged us for 13,14 minutes and we walked out.
I never write reviews, I just never go back so thank for ruining our special occasion my wife And I had planned.
Wont ever be back....
Lobster scampi was delicious will definitely return. Good size portions so pretty inside. They were busy but never rushed us
I feel the service, overall value and experience is very good. We visit the restaurant at least once per month. Phil the manager does and excellent job and is always willing to assist with special requests.
The service is great - thank you Heather. The portions are large and the food is great
We made reservations to celebrate our daughters birthday. Our waitress Bella was excellent, very friendly and attentive during our dining experience
Our entrees were delicious and great potions as always. Highly recommend Daniella' s ristorante !
Let me preface everything by praising our server - Vito!
Meeting with someone of his quality and knowledge is rare - even when restaurants were fully open (prior to Covid). In a nutshell, Vito was a perfect Host - and Daniella's should be more than happy and lucky to have him.
There were 5 of us - and only one dish didn't pass muster my brother-in-law had Veal Picatta and it came smothered in salad - it wasn't passable!
Aside from that, the view, the drinks, the meals, the server - were all top-notch.
We will definitely return - and will hope that we are fortunate enough to have Vito again!
Outstanding. The manager, Phillip, was incredibly poised and was very personable. He made the experience that much more enjoyable. We watched him oversee both the bar area as well as the dining room and patio without missing a beat. What a professional! Our waiter, Vito, provided a level of service and attention to detail that rivals some of the better restaurants in Boston proper. Highly recommend.
Always great, best in the North Shore
Laura with the blue eyes was our waitress and she was so very patient with us and very accomodating. It was an off time for the restaurant and we got extra time to sit and chat. Drinks and food were very good. I like tablecloths too! Can't wait to return. We love it there.
Good service and food was excellent
Our server, Lauren, was amazing...as was the food. You can NEVER go wrong with Daniella's!
First time visiting the Peabody location. Very impressive. Service was great, we were seated right away and the food was very good. It did take some time for us to get our drinks, food once ordered but they could have been short in staff due to Covid. We considered the extra time there was family time!! I’ll definitely return
Our first time at Danielle's and it will definitely be a regular place for us. We were a table of 4 and all of us were very pleased with our meals. The server was very attentive without being intrusive. After a year of covid, we had plenty of time to catch up and have a wonderful dinner.
First of all, our waitress Lily was awesome! Our seats were in the patio area. It got a little hot, and the manager opened a door for us. I ordered the chicken piccatta, and it was just okay. The garlic bread was delicious. But for $24 for a lunch entree, I would expect more.
Our waiter Vito was phenomenal!!!
Love the food however we were with our daughter and another couple who also had a daughter. Unfortunately there was only two high chairs in the whole restaurant and we drew the short stick. Spent a 3 hour meal with our 11month old on our laps. Wasn’t even offered the chair when the other family left. Not a family friendly place.
Highly recommend Daniella’s. Great food, service and atmosphere.
Food and service was excellent, will definately be back!
Excellent. Highly recommend . Fried calamari was very fresh. Pork chop was best I’ve ever had.
Everything about our dinner was amazing! Justin is the best server I think I have ever had! Great food !
Food and service was excellent but the table for 2 was too small
Great experience, wonderful staff, fine food.
Hidden gem. Great Italian cuisine, North End-like, great service. All are clearly happy to be back to "the new normal", without masks and with smiling faces.
Fabulous service and food
My wife and I go every Friday evening...it is our special date night after a long work week and the start of our weekend.
The serving and bar staff are best in class... the food is fantastic old school Italian but kicked up a notch for today. The management staff however is to us the most attentive management staff we have ever experienced.
Alex and team never fail to connect with their customers and are able to do it in the busiest of times!
Ambiance was wonderful. Our server was great, attentive and engaging. When we arrived however the host didn’t look up at us as he checked us in. If he was busy I wouldn’t have minded If he said he needed a moment. Lack of eye contact and acknowledgment was disappointing.
