   Wish a manager would have come out to ask the group enjoying the basketball game to please quiet down. I love games as well but it is a restaurant not a dive bar or bar for that matter. I could not hear our waiter and it was just beyond ridiculous with the yells from the group and trying to have a conversation. I had a 7:15 reservation and when I inquired about moving our seats we could not be accommodated.

   During a previous visit I received free drink refills on diet coke. This time I was charged $3.50 each time it was refilled. Although the food was pretty good I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not be returning in the near future. Bill was over $50 for 2 sandwiches, and drinks. A poor value by most measures.

   Excellent customer service food was outstanding. Will definietly return for another visit.

   Always loved this place and have been missing it since moving to.Jersey. Came to the city to treat my mom on her bday for lunch. The restaurant wasn't too busy at all but we had to wait a long time to even order our food. Sticky wings did not disappoint but my favorite blue Hawaii drink didn't live up to what I remember.

   Reservations mean absolutely nothing at this venue. We waited over 30 minutes for a 6pm table, and parties that walked in after us, were seated-and they didn’t have reservations. If it weren’t for the fact that I kept complaining about not being seated, they would have disregarded us. We were celebrating a bit, and running on metered time. NEVER AGAIN! Go someplace else for this type of food. Go to Clinton Hall, which I wish I would’ve thought of!

   The food was delicious especially the garlic Parmesan wings but unfortunately the service was poor!! The waiter was handling too many tables at once

   The food is always great I never had complaints but the atmosphere is too much, table to close to eachother. I could enjoy the next table conversation, or them in mine.

   They said they only took reservations for groups of 20 and I explained to them I had reservations on Opentable when the girl proceeded to tell me that it didn’t make a difference. Until I said I wanted to speak to the manager they were planning to have us wait until our name was called from a waiting list. This restaurant definitely should not be on Opentable. The bathroom was filthy! Will NOT be visiting again!!
