Dali serves up traditional Spanish cuisine. Its setting features colorful artwork on the walls, a tin ceiling and warm lighting for an intimate, fun atmosphere. Owners Mario Leon and Tamara Bourso opened its doors for locals and travelers alike to taste the flavors of Spain. Dali is known for its delicious tapas. Guests can dine on such fare as beef short ribs in a wine sauce, grilled lamb chops or shrimp scallop ravioli. Delicious plates of whole baked fish and Spanish rice dishes can also be chosen as an entrée. Vegetarian, as well as dairy- and gluten-free options are on the menu.
Dali has a full bar that serves a variety of drinks, including wine and cocktails. It hosts parties for events, such as parties and receptions. This restaurant also welcomes reservations, making it ideal for date night.
Great service and amazing food! I’m definitely going back there again :)
There were five of us and the food kept on coming. It was like a party. The waiter made a few great suggestions, and the wine was terrific. Some of my fave places in Camb have disappeared, this could be my new favorite.
Overall, an amazing restaurant. The food is great, the ambiance is good and the service is efficient. Great selection of tapas and drinks at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
My 3rd time visiting Dali, each time it has been marvelous. Our waiter tonight was Gustavo, he was wonderful! Obrigado Gustavo! It was our 19th anniversary dinner celebration, my husband and I were delighted with everything. Thank you!
Wife’s 75th Bitthday
Great food, reasonable prices. Awesome service and ambiance!
Dali is a place where no matter which plate you order, you know it will be delicious. We rarely order the same dish twice because there are so many delicious items on the menu we want to try them all!
Never disappoints! Attentive waiter, delicious food and marvelous sangria. What more can girlfriends getting-together ask for? Can’t wait to go back.
BAM!!! Incredible in every way, every one of the 7 tapas we ordered was over the top WONDERFUL. Only mistake was poor calculation on my part on tip, I felt terrible and will give him a BIG tip and hug the next time I go back. Drinks were also great.
Always a wonderful place to catch up with friends and have a delightful meal. The sangria was delicious and the food tasty and cooked to perfection.
Our second visit to Dali was just as wonderful as our first. The decor, the menu, the wine, the cocktails all are superb. We felt transported to Andalucia, Spain, one of my favorite places on earth. We will definitely eat at Dali each time we go to Boston.
The place is very nice and it definitely brings you back to Spain. The service was great and food was really good!
Food and atmosphere truly make the experience at Dalí. Highly recommend it!
An absolutely amazing experience! The food was so sensational and the place was so much fun. The waitstaff is superb, and I felt like I could eat there every day of my life and never be disappointed.
There were six of us for a 4th of July eve dinner celebration of a birthday. We shared about 15 tapas and enjoyed all of them (our party included vegetarians). The food, atmosphere and service were all excellent -- delicious, interesting, varied tapas -- and we felt well fed. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
Dali continues to serve way above average food, 40 years after it opened. Some of the tapas are just OK (for instance, the lamb chop in peaches, the gazpacho soup) but many others (garlic shrimp, almond and cucumber soup, pork tenderloin with blue cheese and mushrooms) are dynamite. The restaurant is always lively and the service super friendly and efficient. Pretty much guaranteed a very good meal. One of my favorites restaurants.
It was meh. Some food was good some wasn’t.
Excellent meal, staff and ambience. First class will return when next in Boston.
Good, though service was slow
We reserved a 6PM dinner to celebrate a friend's retirement. I had not been to Dali in over 20 years. We were seated immediately and our server was very attentive. We decided on tapas, and the plates came out quickly. Dali has the most authentic selection of tapas of any of the tapas restaurants in the Boston area. A few of the dishes were quite good, including the pulpo, black rice and the alcohofas. But some of the dishes were a bit bland and underwhelming. It could have been our selection, so we will need to come back to be sure. We were hurried out the door at the end of our meal since other customers were waiting for our table. Overall, we had a nice time at the restaurant, but I was a little disappointed by the food and the request to have us leave. I will return in the future, since we need to try a wider range of dishes.
As always an amazing meal! Everything was perfect. From start to finish each course was delicious.
The food was good and the staff really nice.
Bartender was awesome. Let us take our time and be seated when we were ready.
Lots of authentic Spanish tapas. Love the flavors. My favorite was the garlic shrimp with the seasoning simmering into the garlic. Yum yum
Excellent selection of foods, all delicious. Great sangria too:)
There are so many great dishes here that it's a little challenging to limit yourself! Decor is eclectic and fun, and the staff is attentive and lovely.
Had a wonderful night at Dali to celebrate my birthday. The food and atmosphere were great. I come here a lot for special occasions because it’s just consistently a great spot. It all feels really authentic - and one of the best parts is the service. You come here and they don’t rush you and just let you enjoy your night. It’s also nice that it’s a little tucked away because it feels like a hidden gem. Can’t wait to come back again soon.
Highly recommend. The drinks, food and ambience are fantastic. The waiters are exceptional and very attentive to gluten free needs.
If you’re trying to impress a date go here. Also, love just oozes out of everyone working here!
Wonderful ambiance; great diversity of very good and well-prepared foods in manageable sized plates that are shared by all; excellent and friendly wait staff that lets you enjoy yourself for 3+ hours. For me, the only down side is that it is - and always has been - very noisy.
Best tapas outside of Seville and Barcelona!! My go to restaurant when I visit Boston (used to live there and miss it dearly). It is always outstanding. Was there on a Monday night. Not too busy at 6:30; by 7:30 packed!!
The service and food was amazing! Would definitely come back here
Some dishes were INCREDIBLE and others were basic. My suggestion is to go for things with interesting ingredients and nix the shrimp that everyone raves about - it’s just garlic shrimp. Go for the saffron scallops x2 - AMAZING!!!!
Amazing, authentic food at Dali that was highly delicious and enjoyable. These plates are small though, they are true tapas. We initially ordered 6 between two people and were still left a bit hungry, so be warned that you may need to keep ordering! Great restaurant, would go back.
Tapas and drinks were fantastic! We asked for the back room for more quiet and it was superb.
I really enjoy Dali. the food is terrific. You gotta shout to be heard-- we sat under a loud speaker!
The service is swell-- all good.
Very nice place for a tapas-style dinner. We probably didn't order correctly and were not blown away by the food quality but were otherwise very happy.
Dali Restaurant and Tapas Bar is a visit to Andalucía. The tile work at the bar and the table tops is exquisite as is the rest of the decor-most of which is Spanish in origin. The food was delicious - all our favorite tapas: tortilla española, cheeses, jamón, empanadas, etc. And some new discoveries - crepe filled with eggplant, grilled pear, melon, goat cheese and jamón Kebabs. Excellent wine and beer selection and coffee beverages. Our waiter, Gustavo, was efficient and charming. The entire staff was welcoming. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
This is one of our favorite restaurants, and it was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!
Fun for a birthday as they sing with a tambourine and candle.
