Dali serves up traditional Spanish cuisine. Its setting features colorful artwork on the walls, a tin ceiling and warm lighting for an intimate, fun atmosphere. Owners Mario Leon and Tamara Bourso opened its doors for locals and travelers alike to taste the flavors of Spain. Dali is known for its delicious tapas. Guests can dine on such fare as beef short ribs in a wine sauce, grilled lamb chops or shrimp scallop ravioli. Delicious plates of whole baked fish and Spanish rice dishes can also be chosen as an entrée. Vegetarian, as well as dairy- and gluten-free options are on the menu.
Dali has a full bar that serves a variety of drinks, including wine and cocktails. It hosts parties for events, such as parties and receptions. This restaurant also welcomes reservations, making it ideal for date night.
Intricate decor combined with outstanding service and unbelievable food - altogether an amazing special occasion restaurant. Try the cava!
The food is tasty and interesting, the service top- notch, and everyone from the bartender to the host to the servers are welcoming and joyful. And it’s considered a must for locals celebrating a birthday. You will be serenaded!
First time. Everything was great! Tapas portions could be a little larger. Good sangria. Will return!
Excellent all around..
Everything was wonderful! I just moved back from being away from Boston for 13 years and am so happy to know that Dali is still there and still amazing in every way!! Will be returning with my teams, friends and family in the very near future! Keep being amazing!!
Great atmosphere...... good service.....food wonderful.,,,, a bit pricey but not terrible. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back!
Dali is a lively, festive, unique kind of place, a treat for the senses. All of the waiters appear to be natives of Spain, with elegant, melodious accents, and are charming and attentive. While I think the tapas at Barcelona, in Boston, are superior, Dali has a quirky decor and vibe that I find more entertaining, even joyful. I wish the owners would dine at Barcelona and do their best to surpass that other fine tapas restaurant.
Birthday dinner. Very delicious meal and service was excellent!
Made a note to celebrate my husband's b-day but waitstaff forgot to sing him a b-day song. Other than that, food was great and service was good too.
Dali was amazing as usual. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the food is scrumptious.
Food is really good
After we asked to move to a warmer table in the central of the restaurant we were seated comfortably. Our server was very attentive to all our needs. Our dining choices arrived at perfect intervals. The staff sang happy birthday to me. Every single thing we ordered was hot and delicious!!
Really good authentic Spanish cuisine. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was charming.
Cannot wait to go back here.
Excellent service, speedy cook and strong drinks. Couldn't ask for anything better 😁
This is my third visit to Dali and love coming here. The food is good as always and enjoy the ambiance and it’s a place I would visit every time I am in Boston. The service was exceptionally slow on this visit and we couldn’t get our drink order 30 minutes after our group has sat down. The staff never checked on us and never asked if we need to order more or if all is good. When we needed to order more it took 5+ minutes to have the staff take our order. What ticked me off was after taking 20% tip directly taken out of our bill ( because we have 6 in our party) the waiter decided to keep more changes from our bill without us offering to put it towards additional tip and when I asked to get the change back I can see the annoyance in his face and took a while to get it back. All in all the service needs improvement and it’s a something that keeps me away from this place
We had a very enjoyable meal. Started with a cocktail and ended with dessert. The rabbit tapa was fantastic and the pear, melon, ham, & goat cheese. We also shared the red wine flight. Every Spanish wine was good. Very nice pour size also. Definitely going back.
Really, a perfect meal.
Absolutely LOVED Dali! Great food, great service, lively and unique ambiance. Thanks for a memorable experience and a delicious meal!
The acoustics make it difficult to be intimate but everything else is GREAT
Food, service, and ambiance were fun. The back room can be quite loud so consider that when booking for a small group. Highly recommend this fun and delicious restaurant!
Food was excellent. Great environment and lively, happy crowd. Service was a bit inattentive, but not to the point of being a problem.
Dali is a fantastic Spanish tapas place that blew my expectations out of the water! Delicious food, spacious yet intimate seating, fast service, and creative cocktails are all reasons this place was a great dinner spot on Saturday night. Highly recommend!
Never disappoints. Dali is the best Spanish restaurant in the the Boston area.
Excellent food and service. Authentic Spanish tapas. Great place for a date but also fun if you’re with a group.
Six people, birthday, everyone ordered something then shared, added paella, loved the lamb chops with peach sauce, scallop ceviche, focaccia with garbanzo dip, sopa de ajo, shrimp with garlic sauce, eggplant, can’t remember what else, sangria and three desserts...everyone enjoyed everything.
A classic that has not dipped in quality. Their items are so perfectly seasoned and spiced without ever crossing the line into being too much or too little.
Dalí is probably the best restaurant in Cambridge and certainly one of the best ones in Boston. Everything is remarkable; food, service, atmosphere, all is planned to make you feel welcome and content. Five stars, thumbs up.
The fish is really good! I really love the Pescado a la Sal. The fish were buried in salt and it was super tender and fresh. The sauce (likely with avocado) with fish is a perfect combination! My friend said the Paellas also tasted like what he ate in Spanish. The food quality is nice. The service is somehow slow... We wait for a while to order, wait for the food and wait to bill...
Dali doesn’t need special prix fixe for Valentine’s Day- all their food is amazing and the ambience can’t be beat. It has the charm of mom and pop with the traditional foods and eclectic decor. The waiter spread real rose petals atop our table- super nice touch. This is my third visit and first on a busy night. Absolutely splendid.
Delicious food, excellent service, and a truly romantic ambiance! Loved it for date night and I look forward to returning!
The service was excellent. The food was fabulous...it tasted so fresh with many flavors.
We will definitely return!
Food was good but not special; some tapas were very tasty like the octopus but very small even for tapas. Some other tapas like qual and shrimp with garlic were just ok.
Service was a bit too much; too much fake excitement when describing very ordinary dishes. I would go there again if Im in the area but will not go out of my way to come back.
Great service. Loved the roast duck with berry sauce!
The combination of delicious food and romantic atmosphere of Dali's are unbeatable-- my favorite restaurant near Harvard Square.
Always the best food and service. A romantic spot for you and your special someone
We LOVED Dali and will be back! The food was sublime, the waitstaff, Daniel, was attentive without being obtrusive. He was very busy and made it seem effortless. Our drinks were wonderful! We were there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and it was perfect! Our little romantic table on the window was a really special touch!
Fun place and great food. Always enjoy coming here.
This was our first time at Dali and we absolutely loved it! Food was amazing. Service was impeccable. We will definitely be back!
Friendly staff. Service a little slow but happy staff.
Love Dali, great food, great ambiance, percect for romance.
